Is important to change the bedsheet every day rather than asking several times. Also, let us keep Hoover working well on the carpets and checking to fill the shower gel. These are basic housekeeping. I hate being told what to do. Don't you?

Given the business I am in, the hotel location is quite convenient. Additionally, the place looks safe and relatively quiet with dinning options all around. Also, metro stations are close. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendy. Keep the good job on.

If your lucky enough to get the right view on the 6th floor, You get to se the Tour Eiffel in its hourly flashing glory.

Good Hotel
Really nice hotel in Paris. Great location! Pretty good service (unfortunately, we had to wait a while to check in because a new receptionist was at the desk and our room wasn’t quite ready). Decent size room for Paris standards. Appreciated having a room overlooking the farm animals. One drawback is that we could hear our neighbors both in the hallway and from the room above us…soundproofing wasn’t so good. Despite that, we would probably stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked this property for my colleague, and he got infested with bedbugs while staying here. And yet, getting BEDBUGS was not the worst part of his stay at this property. I prepaid for the room through Expedia, but when he got there they insisted he had to pay for the room (again) in order to check in. I later followed up to ask that they refund him (because we had paid twice for the room), and had to waste hours on the phone talking to people who refused to admit they had taken the cost of the room from us twice. I finally had to spend more hours asking Expedia to intervene, and it took multiple phone calls and followups -- the hotel wouldn't even answer Expedia's calls about their double-billing, and sent contradictory instructions on how to resolve it each time. We eventually did get the money for this disgusting, infested hotel back, but it took months and hours of hounding them. Do not stay here for because of the quality of the hotel, and because of their horrible customer service.

Great hotel, fantastic breakfast
We stayed for just one night. Great location, really close to metro Edgar Quinet. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. There are a few sex shops in the road, but it really doesn't feel seedy despite that, but if you're very sensitive to that kind of thing then this location might not be for you. The hotel is really modern with funky decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Our 6 year old loved the make- your- own pancake machine and the freshly pressed orange juice machine. Great quality food and a really hearty breakfast that set us up for a busy day of sightseeing. We'd definitely stay here again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect and did not feel touristy. Ot was easy access to many metro lines and the restaurant options were numerous.

Overpriced for the quality of the property. Carpet in our room was filthy. Not enough towels or pillows. Barebones for everything. Looks renovated, but only surface level. Staff not very friendly and slow to respond to requests.

The unique atmosphere of being in the historical and yet still active theater district of Paris is an experience not to be missed. This hotel's location is perfectly situated ss a hub for exploring the rest of what Paris has to offer. I'd advise upon check-in to fully understand the dining options privided and not at the hotel itself. The immediate area though is rich with wonderful alternatives. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and realistic about transportation availabilities. I learned that taxis are a premium during weekday mornings and Uber may not always be available as well. Get to know the excellent train and bus systems, that are easily accessed nearby. They are part of the experience of Paris and its surrounding areas as well.

More than expected. Room was very cute. Cozy and comfortable. Spacious lobby with lounge for eating during breakfast and dinner times Mon- Fri. Not on weekends. Lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

The staff are great and very helpful specially Irene and Gregg. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and is near a grocery store. Two metro stations are few minutes walk as well as the Montparnasse train station.

Lovely hotel, great location the patisserie’s and cafes around this area are brilliant. The metro is very close and great access to everything. We also walked to Eiffel Tower which took 40 minutes but was lovely to see everything on the way. Staff were lovely and friendly, great place.

We really enjoyed staying here! Although the area is bustling even in the later hours, the noise didn’t filter up to the room at all. Within short walks of a couple of metro stops, as well as just a few blocks from Montparnasse station, making the area very accessible to wherever you need to go. Short walks to several awesome restaurants or the Monoprix store that is open late for any last minute needs you might have. Great place to stay in Paris!

I stayed for almost two weeks in this hotel in early January 2023.This is my second time in this hotel. I love the convenience and the proximity to all kinds of little specialty stores around it, not to mention the dozens upon dozens food options just steps away. Irene, Fouad, Asma and Caroline were particularly helpful and made every effort to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend the Mercure Montparnasse if you want a truly Parisian experience. - Assem

Nice hotel in Paris

Loved the chickens out the back. Breakfast foods are very spread out making it slow to choose what you want. Bread here, milk over in a corner, eggs on the other side. All nice choice, but .... No hot chocolate sachets in rooms

nice place to stay with nearby metro stations and lots of options for dining. big plus point is this property is in close proximity of many paris attractions. One thing that needs improvement is breakfast menu rest all is good, staff is nice.

Location of hotel is great as it’s close to the train station and bus loop! I wouldn’t say the air conditioning was working 100 % but the front desk says that it was? Windows have been updated so you hear no noise from the busy street. Over all a good stay! :)

This property is in a great location, walkable to many of the tourist attractions and plenty of food in the surrounding areas. The downside of this hotel is the bedroom, the showers are extremely small and the toilets are very high up. The bed did not have a mattress, it was more of a mattress pad on a box spring, which made our stay unpleasant and not refreshing after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel location is great. Montparnasse is one of the best areas in paris. Nice and iconic cafes around. Hotel staff is friendly, check in / check out truly comfortable. However, have been to better Mercure 4* in Paris. No shampoo, body lotion or hair conditioner available here in the bathroom. It may be available upon request, not sure, never tried, just used my travel set :) Sleep quality is OK.
