The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in an amazing area. Close to everything. Would stay here again for the hotel space. However, we stayed over the new year and had two bad experiences with the restaurant. Not sure if it was because it was the new year or if it’s always this way. Arrived New Year’s Eve after a long day of travel with a hungry child needing something to eat before we went out for the evening. We were told we couldn’t be seated in the restaurant because they were preparing for the evening which started at 7pm. We were offered a small selection of tapas which was fine. However we ordered two of champagne and were told they weren’t opening bottles until the evening. We were offered already open bottles of white and red wine. Breakfast at the restaurant was great. Unfortunately that evening we wanted a glass of wine in the room after a day of sightseeing. At the bar we were told all the had was beer. No wine or cocktails were being served Not very good service at all for a 5 star hotel which we had paid nearly €1000 a night to be at. I understand it was a holiday but a hotel is a home away from home and people need food and service regardless of if it’s a holiday or not.

Ultimately the staff is superb. All very polite and very helpful at all times and at any request, this was the highlight of our stay. The facility itself for the price leaves a lot to be desired, however, you are in the heart of Paris its a bitter sweet give and take. I would stay again only because of the staff and the proximity to Paris' highlights.

There was an option for free upgrade - it was not given. I had to pay more about 200 euro for upgrade.VIP access was not offered. So don't be fooled. I put my Chanel perfume on my bed and it was gone after I came back to room which was cleaned. Looked 4 times all over the room and my bags. Nothing. I changed US dollars to 1400 Euros and 400 euros was missing as well. After I changed cash, I never used it yet before I checked. I should have put my wallet in safety box, but it should not happen anyways. I spent literally over $2000 for 3 nights for this hotel and they did not do anything for this issue. They just said it can't prove and there is nothing to do. What the heck? They said they will contact me in 3 days and no-one reached out to me. Literally ignored.. Maybe we should bring our own security camera for this hotel. CAREFUL.

Great looking boutique hotel with a lot of style. Unfortunately it was more style than substance. The shower wasn’t working when we deist arrived. The A/C was so weak that it couldn’t overcome the heat of an overzealous spring day and the room which was supposed to be for 3 has been catered for 2 (2 robes, 2 slippers, 2 teacups etc). The staff was wonderfully courteous and friendly, but ultimately useless at rectifying some of these issues. Still, the hotel had enough charm for us to juuuust about overlook the shortcomings.

Superb Hotel! They speak Spanish. Very friendly staff. Very close to all the main attraction. The staff give us a special gift for my wife birthday and other gift on some nights that we stayed there. Excellent food at the restaurant Dos Almas too. Good size for a room in Paris too.

Smaller hotel and some rooms might be smaller than anticipated. Saying that, its an open concept hotel where clothes are in the open. Top quality products in the room as well as great touches supplying tooth brushes and tooth paste, razor in case you need one, deodorant and top quality soaps. Bedding is super comfortable and the rain showers are perfect. Staff is super friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Marina at the front desk and isabela in the restaurant at breakfast

we loved the welcome and the help and service the reception staff gave us. The breakfast was a little disappointing as they offered hot food but 2 days in a row it came out stone cold. otherwise very nice.

Loved our room! The beds were soooooo comfortable. Our Junior suite had a Juliet door that opened to the outside street for a nice view and lovely fresh air. Velvet blackout curtains worked perfectly for restorative sleep after our overnight flight from the US. The TV popped on by itself at 5AM and we couldn’t turn it off. That was our only issue. This was our second stay at the Amelia Paris Villa Marquis. Great location. Close to Eiffel Tower. We recommend Linettes a few blocks away for dinner. Great food and exceptionally friendly service. We will be back!

Adorei o atentendimento de uma maneira geral, todos os atendentes muito atenciosos, com destaque para a recepção. Falavam freacês, inglês, espanho e português e naõ mediram esforços para tornar nossa experiência inesquecível desde um drink de boas vindas até a chamada do veículo para nos levar ao aeroporto.
