Amazing spot! The subway station right outside the entrance and a grocery store 2 minutes away! Such a tidy apartment and the beds are larger than doubles, which was perfect because two people were in each bed during our stay and there was plenty of space! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and we had hot water every morning for showers! Highly recommended,

Fantastic apartment and great location, I felt extremely comfortable here, even though it can be a bit tight for 10 people since both sofa beds in the living room need to be arranged- but it's very simple to do and they can be folded back during the day for extra space! Overall, a very clean and organized apartment with lots of towels, Highly recommended :)

The apartment was conveniently located just a block away from the metro station, There was a well-stocked supermarket nearby, The place was spotless when we arrived and had all the necessary kitchen amenities, The towels were fresh and the linens were in good condition, although it's advisable to bring your own pillowcases, The host was great at keeping in touch and even assisted us with arranging our airport transfers, While there was only one small window in the apartment, the multiple fans provided relief from the summer humidity, Our group of 9 had a very comfortable stay,

For the price, space, and location, this place is amazing! We had an issue that needed attention after the first night, and Joffrey quickly resolved it, There were a few small imperfections (a blocked drain in the shower and broken fans), but they didn't significantly impact our overall experience at the place, Just keep in mind that the unit is on the ground floor and the windows face a (very, very quiet) street, Since it was warm in Paris during our stay, it would have been nice to keep the windows open for some fresh air, but it felt unsafe to have them open to the street,

Housing conforms to the advertisement and practical for 1 week: spacious, well located (close to metro and shops), rather well equipped (although a dishwasher would be welcome), We had a good stay in this apartment :) however, we were contacted several times for noise disturbances coming from our accommodation while we were simply having dinner (a meal with 6 people, it inevitably makes a little noise but nothing normally disturbing,,), there are also a few missing glasses and spoons, We recommend this accommodation for an urban stay! The self check-in and check-out are really pleasant, as well as having a code to access the apartment (and not keys that could be lost),
