A couple of minutes walk from the Louvre. Nice area and surprisingly quiet. Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was small but the location excellent. The place was a little run down and the staff was ambivalent. The major downside was that there was no phone in the room and no way to contact the front desk at 1 am when neighbors were being obscenely loud. I tried calling from my cell phone but no one answered. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.

Overall the hotel and breakfast was good. However, very noisy at night and you can hear literally everything from a chair move to the hairdryer on to a toilet being flushed from other rooms. Also you can hear the Metro which seems to stop at midnight until 6am, then starts again. So if you’re a light sleeper you may need earplugs. Breakfast was small but fresh everyday with lots of drink options. Staff were polite (which was nice considering how rude attraction security staff were in Paris). Room was clean and equipped well with shampoos/body wash/hand wash. Great location to walk from train station, shops and attractions.

Expensive but worth it
At €250 a night, the hotel room was relatively expensive, but the location is fabulous as it is a stone’s throw away from the Louvre museum (one minute walk). I also paid a little extra for the morning breakfast, which consisted of ham rolls, croissants and baguettes, creams and cheeses and jams, fruits, and tea and juices (orange and apple). See pics! Of course, the room and bathroom were small, but that is common in Paris. The cleaning ladies were absolutely fantastic and made up the room whenever I needed them to. The Wi-Fi connection stopped working a few times, but the front desk manager got on it and made it work within 15 to 20 minutes. The bed and blanket and pillows were extremely comfortable and clean. Between 2 major Metro stations, this location is simply fantastic as the RER train comes here from the airport (louvre and chatalet les halles). it is also walkable distance from many supermarkets (franprix and G20). Of course, all the souvenir shops and tourist traps are right there with tons of street food and beautiful cafés. I was there during the last 2 weeks of December 2023. Always good to print your reservation, as I had some trouble with the night managers who could not see my breakfast reservation in their system.

This hotel is awesome! The staff is very friendly and the location is amazing. Just a short walk to the Louvre. The bedrooms were clean and the bathroom was big. My only complaint was that the hair dryer did not work. I would definitely stay here again.

Great safe spot next to the louvre and metro!
Great location, very clean, small elevator takes you to the top. Inside was very hott but cooled within minutes of opening the window. Was loud when window was open but not the fault of the hotel. Room is small but standard for Paris. Bed was firm with slight indent. They don’t have washcloth so bring your own or a loofah. They provided a shampoo/body wash all in one and two small bottle water. Location is amazing, right next to trendy restaurants with Christmas decor and steps from the metro and louvre. Location is very safe. They let you store luggage in a closet until check in which was nice. Would stay again!

The location was awesome, as we were able to walk to everything. Nothing was more than a ~45 minute walk, and there were shops and restaurants just outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this for anyone happy to do some walking.

Fantastic service
If service is the heart of your stay, this hotel is for you. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Rooms are small (ish) but the price is reflected for value. Can’t say enough about the service.

The hotel was brilliant we had a triple room for 3 adults. It was very spacious and we loved the boutique ambience. The hotel was in a brilliant location, we are walkers and could walk comfortably to most tourist attractions! The Louvre was less than 5 minutes!!

This hotel is conveniently located to major tourist attractions, metro station and food outlets. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is cleverly designed to enable two, three guests to freshen up or change at the same time even though there is only one bathroom.

You get what you pay for. The staff is delightful and the room is clean and comfortable. It’s dated and has some obvious issues but the location is amazing. If you are looking for somewhere easy to sleep and be close to everything with minimal amenities and a lackluster atmosphere, this is for you. Quite noisy at night because it’s in such a prime location.

The location was unbeatable in relation to our plans to visit Paris and the activities we had planned. The room was big enough and very clean. The breakfast offering was good to start the day: yogurt, juice, eggs, ham, cereal, fruit, and french baking goods. What else could you ask for?

Great location. However, the property is very tired and could do with a whole new refurbishment. Looked like it hadn't had one in about 20 years or more. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bed linen was really clean and so was the bathroom facilities, other areas could have been a lot cleaner. Air con was being fixed when we arrived but was working in about 20 minutes and was amazing throughout our stay as it was 30c outside. Overall we would stay there again. It's cheap (for central Paris) and the location sets it apart. Its situated right opposite to the Lourve and the metro and within walking distance to many of the sights of Paris. Also just a stones throw away is the trendy district of Les Halls with many amazing restaurants and bars. Its a 3 star hotel, so don't expect luxury, but its a bed for the night in the centre of a beautiful city.

The hotel was in a perfect location! Our only negative comment was that there were a few gnats in our shower. Our stay was quiet and nice and cool! Great AC and fans in the rooms! We would stay here again!

We recently stayed at Hôtel Louvre Bons Enfants from June 22 to June 26 and was disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the air conditioning was not functioning during our stay, making the room uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite poor and did not justify the extra cost. Despite the hotel's convenient location near the Louvre Museum, these drawbacks significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the stay. I would recommend considering other options with better amenities and breakfast offerings before booking at Hôtel Louvre Bons Enfants.

What a nightmare. I searched specifically for a hotel with aircon. I even called to ensure they had aircon before I booked. Well it turns out they have it, but they will not turn it on. The rooms are also super heated by boiler pipes in the walls - no joke, my gummy vitamins melted in the room where I was trying to sleep. There was a window, but it opened to a tiny courtyard so there was no air flow. I spent the first day walking across town to buy fans, which barely helped. By the second morning, the receptionist offered me some money back if I wanted to leave and go somewhere else. It was half of what I had paid for 4 nights, so still a ripoff. I left for another hotel after he processed the refund to my CC. Well, when I got home from the trip I checked and the refund never showed up. I paid a fortune for one miserable night, plus more than that amount again for another hotel for 3 of those nights. These people are crooks.

• No air conditioning, despite being advertised o We were not even told this until we had moved into the rooms and unpacked! o Had to sleep with windows open and listening to the street noises. o They said the A/C was “under repair” but it looked more like it was being installed. • Hotel was under complete renovation o Narrow hallways filled with construction related items o Room very basic and run down o Other rooms on the floor were being rejuvenated. o Toilet top needed to be removed to flush the toilet • One room was on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes to the 4th. • Elevator very slow to respond and often tied up by the cleaning staff or other workers. • Last day – The large crane needed to put the A/C on the roof arrives – at 6:30, No sleep for us!

The room was very small luckily we only have carry on luggage. The front desk staff were friendly but not the cleaning staff. Room was clean. The most disappointing was no air conditioning for the duration of our 5 nights stay and it was super stuffy without air conditioning. We were told it was being renovated and were given a fan on the second day. My back was sweating at night which never happened to me at home or during my European trip. I believe it was caused by the plastic like mattress protector they used.
