The property is okay, the rooms are very tiny, i could hardly walk good in the room, the bathroom i could not even wash my feet because i was fitted in to the bath and was very disgusting to not take a proper shower..

Very courteous staff , ground floor suite room had a problem and they replaced with a better room with a good condition. They held luggage even after Checkout. Walkable from metro station.

GREAT VALUE & FRIENDLY SERVICE
The concierges, including Eddie, were very kind and helped our stay be convenient. For example, Eddie helped order me a pizza at a local Italian restaurant that I then went to pick up for take away. The breakfast was great and my husband loved the orange juice maker! Overall design was clean and trendy, but my one recommendation would be to have more than one teeny, tiny trash can in the room - there was only a tiny one in the bathroom, no secondary one in the bedroom or near the desk.

Good hotel with unfortunate lackluster features
The room service and staff were very good, as was the check-in/check-out process. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The room and the bathroom were really small but I really didn't mind that. However, what was most off-putting is the lack of hot water and its sporadic availability. On several days I had to take a shower in tepid water at best. The carpeting in the hallways and in the room is in grave need of replacement, and the shower tiling could be cleaner. The location and the breakfast were good.

Great stay
Perfect hotel for our stay, mum and 2 teenagers. Room was what we needed, does need more storage space but we managed. Breakfast great, help yourself to tea and coffee all day. 2 min walk to metro, about 20 mins to Trocadéro on the same line. Would stay again

For the price the hotel and service was excellent. The manager Eddy was very friendly and going the extra mile. The breakfast was just right and staff were absolutely amazing. Metro station just three minutes walk with direct links to Paris famous attractions. The kids enjoyed it because there were many fast food restaurant to catch a quick snack. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in Paris

Avoid unless you have a good reason to stay there
One of the worst hotels I've stayed in for a while. I expected better considering it's an Ibis which I have used before so thought I knew what I was in for. Tiny rooms, tiny shower, inadequate room facilities. No safe/safety deposit box as stated in the room information, no bin in the room, no fridge. Walls so thin you can hear everything next door. The wall my bed head was on was the same wall as next doors room which had the lovely effect of shaking the bed each time their door was opened and closed, which they liked to do every 10 minutes. Very little sleep was had. The room and shower were dirty when we arrived, with blood on the door frame. Two tiny towels provided for two people, no hand towel or floor mat. The shower was so small I couldn't raise my hands above my head when in it, or wash my legs properly. The opening to the shower was less than 30cm so don't stay here if you're remotely fat or tall. Breakfast was so poor we didn't even go down after the first day, just stale pastries, no fruit or hot food offered. There is a Carrefour and another supermarket close to the hotel helpfully so we are there. Location isn't the best, it's close to a metro line but in reality it took 40-50 minutes to get anywhere in the morning if you are sight seeing. Staff nowhere to be seen most of the time. The one positive- the Aircon was good.

Don’t trust the pictures
I’ve never stayed in this area before and it was my first time. I relied on the pictures and thought I was getting a small but a decent room for my family. I can honestly say the place was so tiny it was suffocating. It was not at all how the pictures presented the unit. I will never return to this unit. Extremely overpriced for its location, size and condition. Don’t get me started on the parking. You will bang your car up if you’re not driving a scooter. Pro is that employees are super nice. Very accommodating and sweet. This is the only positive I have about this property. It’s employees are a gem and deserve the recognition.

Amazinf staff and pretty much only that is good in hotel. Breakfast is basic and when hotel is full, you are struggling to have anything decent. Best part of breakfast is orange juice machine. For hot water you need to open tap to run for at least 10 min- as advised at reception. Mold in showers, doors very dangerous for small kids, so you get door stopper on reception. Overall not the best experience in hotel. Only what made it bearable was very friendly and nice staff.

Hotel was so cute! The a/c never worked for us, but it was cool during our stay. The staff was very helpful and recommended restaurants and arranged transportation for us. Above and beyond service making sure we had breakfast options before we flew out at 5am! Thank you!

a good choice
This hotel is small but clean, quite, with very kind staff, good brakfast, close to metro, some cheap fast food around; we will surely consider this hotel for our next stay, Only problem is the area is not very pleasent. Carefully avoid it at night and if you are alone.

Little but sweet place :)
We stayed only one night with 3 children. Pillows were soft and comfy. Bed was comfy as well. We slept really well. It's little , but very cosy hotel. Little one enjoyed pancakes with Nutella for breakfast. Adults- coffee and lovely bread with ham.

The hotel itself was adequate as well as breakfast. Pretty typical continental breakfast I suppose. The surrounding area, on the other hand was a ghetto, and frankly pretty creepy. Locals would dig through garbage of the businesses across the very narrow street, early in the morning. People urinating in open public right outside my window

The hotel is nice . Room was a bit cramped. The bathroom even more, the wc is not really practical. You have to shut the door and uour face is next to the door. If you are a tall or large person not at all good. I actually used the wc downstairs. The breakfast is good, made up for the size of room. Oh also the bathroom smelled of sewage most of the time, had to keep bathroom door shut. The location is good for transport. Staff are nice and friendly.

Hotel very close to Metro station; no more than 5 mins walk. Carrefour City supermarket even closer (2 mins). Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room exceptionally clean, including the bathroom. Only thing to note is that the suite with adjoining rooms does not have a dividing door, just a gap in the wall. May or may not suit you (if you want the privacy of a completely separate room, this might not be for you). Otherwise, excellent!

Perfect for a quick getaway
Our room was very small. It felt like you were in a San Francisco studio. The bed was comfy enough and the pillows were super soft and comfortable. The shower was extremely small. I’m 6 foot 210 pounds and I could barely move inside there. Felt more like a time capsule. They were great about leaving the AC on after they cleaned my hotel room. Hotel was super close to the Metro and the staff made a valuable attempt to speak English and make me feel comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but you get what you pay for. Overall great stay in a quiet area of Paris.

This property is for people who want to rest. Its located in a quiet neighborhood. It is at a 3min walk to subway train and light rail train. It's clean, breakfast is good, service is exceptional and its all at affordable rates. I would recommend it !
