素敵な絵画が、いたるところに飾られ、どっぷりアールデコな世界に浸れました。また、立地条件も大変便利で、次回からは、ここを定宿としたく思いました。 部屋の窓からまっすぐに見ると、遠くではありますが、サクレクール寺院が見えました。大晦日にシャンパンサービスもあり気分は、最高点に達しました。

Spacious, old style, good location

Stayed here 4 nights in December 15 in a Deluxe double room. The room was great. Really spacious old style room. Comfy bed. The hotel is old style/grand but maybe a little tired in condition. Bathroom was also spacious and clean. Little negative..attention to detail was a little lacking. The carpet needed vacuuming and didn't appear to get done while we were there. The mini bar was depleted on arrival which we notified staff of but this wasn't rectified. ( not that we wanted it just didn't want to pay for others use of it). Overall, nice hotel, nice staff, good location and would recommend to others.

Great central location.

Pros: Excellent restaurant - go for the full experience including letting them choose the wine for each course.
Cons: Room Devore was a bit tired.
Location: Totally central for Opera house, shopping, Louvre etc
Classic hotel, good bar, excellent restaurant. Central location. Comfortable bed.

Good location

Reception staff was ok but the doorman is not helpful. They are just standing and look at the hotel fuest rather than opening the door for help. Room was spacious but the furniture and wall paper and the print frame looks so old and need to change. But the cleaniness was good.

great traditional hotel in Paris

Pros: top quality French
Great position, excellent service, "very French", near The Opera, Galleries Lafayette, Place de Vendome, Louvre etc. Extremely comfortable room which they kindly upgraded us to: not necessarily cheap but if you want a great traditional place to stay in central Paris stay nowhere else

オペラ駅やルーヴルなど、徒歩圏内にもたくさん観光する場所があり、ろけーは最高でした。 日本と比べ朝晩の冷え込みが大きいので、空調を使っていたのですが、設備が少し古い感もありました。

Fatal! Mala experiencia!

Pésimo servicio en el bar y comedor. La primera noche nos informaron q ya a las 9 pm estaba cerrado el comedor. Fuimos al bar, pedimos una sopa que llego 1:45 horas despues. Un dia quisimos pedir café y tostadas en el bar ya q no habíamos desayunado y nos respondieron que solo café. Que si queriamos algo mas pudiéramos servicio de habitación. Lo hicimos y llego 1 hora y 10 minutos despues. Al dia siguiente fuimos a desayunar y .. fila para desayuno. no habia mesas, ni platos , ni personal que atendiera. Al final solo dos pobres señoras que lo pasaron muy mal ya que muchos clientes se quejaban. Para empeorar las cosas en la planta de la habitación olía fuertemente a tabaco y tanto fue que por los conductos del aire nos llegaba el humo a la habitación. Como prueba.... la ropa quedo impregnada al olor del cigarrillo y mi garganta fatal. El personal de la recepción en general fue siempre amable, sobretodo una chica de origen colombiano que trato de agradarnos y disculparse siempre. A pesar de que nos ofreció un mejor servicio para la proxima vez que fuéramos a Paris, no creo que repita. El precio pagado no es comparable a la calidad que debió ofrecer el hotel. Para nada!

Estimada Gabriela, Le agradecemos su estancia en el hotel Westminster y nos disculpamos una vez mas por los percances encontrados en el Bar, servicio de habitaciones y desayuno. Tanto la direccion como el jefe de restauracion han estudiado el comentario y las modificaciones necesarias han sido realizadas. Esperamos tener una segunda oportunidad para cambiar su opicion.
