Quaint place to stay!
We loved our stay here. Very nice and would recommend it to anyone! The only drawback was that there was no air conditioning and our room was on the top floor with no elevator. The clerk offered to take our bags up but we didn’t need assistance. But if you cannot climb stairs, you may want to confirm where your room is located. It was quite warm while we stayed there but fortunately the evening was cool. I also realize that many places in Europe do not have air conditioning. Great service, clean, all around great place!

Parking was the reason I chose this hotel and when I got there was told they only had space where my vehicle would be blocked in ,so used taxis the whole 4 days , then was charged for parking ! Disappointing ! Had familly did not want to argue !

Hi Ghazanfat,To begin with, I personally highly value courage among people, I here regret that you didn't have it to actually tell us about it when we asked you many times if things are going alright during your stay. Writing afterwards is indeed easy but should you have told us before about it, maybe the problem could have been fixed ?Secondly, when you arrived, you told me yourself that you don't want to use your truck during your stay and that if you leave it there it's totally fine for you. You even told me that you would leave us a nice tip in the end because I personally moved my car to leave you my spot. Why saying that ? Thirdly, should you have parked anywhere else, it would have cost you much more, so please understand that taking a parking space is open for payment, it seems to be common sense to me. Also any other client who travel with such a big truck always call us upfront to reserve a parking space and make sure it actually fits in the parking. Furthermore, I've had many complains about your neighbors regarding the noise you have been making during your stay, yet I took it on me to not say anything to avoid any stress for you and your family. Lastly.. You seemed to be a pleasant guest and before you hit the road with your family I told you goodbye offering you and your family some french pastries as a kind gesture.What a disappointment to discover the outcome...My rate on you could have been 4 but you just made it 1/5.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The people were wonderful and helpful. The room was cute and set up to make us feel welcome and had more than everything we needed. Breakfast in the garden was cute and tasty. The area was quiet and was close to food and transportation. We had a problem getting a taxi to the airport at the end and they were able to make a call and have a taxi for us within five minutes. They came out and waited with us to ensure we were taken care of. We highly recommend this place and would coke back again.

Very cozy and comfortable room with amenities for quick cooking. Last stair going up to this what looked to be a chambre de bonne is very narrow and a bit steep. Nice breakfast in the garden.

We are satisfied with Hotel Villa Escudier. The property is pretty and cozy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The suite that we stayed in has a broken tile on the side of the bathtub that needs to be fixed. It was just covered by a plywood. It has a small kitchen and that made it easy for our family to buy food to store in the fridge and warm our food in the microwave. The property is very accessible to the grocery stores, restaurants and Paris Metro Boulonge- Jean Jaures. We were able to find our way in and put of Paris using the Metro. Do not stay in this hotel during summer since they don’t have A/C especially if you have kids although they provided us with a big fan. Best time to come is during fall, spring and winter. I would have rated this property a bit higher if they have A/C in there room. 8/10

The property is close to metro station and has a lot of food options. The staff is amazing. The only problem I faced is the soundproofing. There are noises that come from the road and when someone walks outside the room as well.

Very friendly and welcoming! The apartment turned out to be perfect for a short stay in Paris for our family of 5. Only a short walk to Metro and shops. Pretty little garden area too!

Nice, quiet, and comfortable
The hotel was clean, the person at the front desk was extremely attentive and helpful, the site very, very quiet and five of us slept quite comfortable. The only comment would be that the shower doesn't have a curtain/door, so we had to be extra careful in not getting everything wet (three kids with a hand-held shower in a big bathroom?). Metro was a couple of blocks away, as were some nice lunch/dinner options.

Ideal base on the doorstep of central Paris.
We had a family apartment (two inter-joining doubles each with its own toilet/bathroom and kitchenette) for five nights, which was ideal for gramps and nanny to babysit our four month old grandchild, whilst mummy and daddy visited Le Golf National in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines for the Ryder Cup. It was clean, tidy and exactly what was advertised and what we required. The staff were friendly and efficient and were ready to do anything required to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Shops, restaurants, take-aways and Jean-Jaures metro station were all within a few hundred yards. Will happily return in the future.

Nice alternative to the chains
small hotel in Boulogne side streets. Breakfast served in room or garden ( in summer). Hotelier was very helpful and friendly - even asked another guest to drive me when there were no taxis!

Great location for attending The French Open tennis at Roland Garros. Lovely hotel but rooms wre a bit small. Breakfast in the garden each morning was wonderful.

Quiet hideaway close to Roland Garros
Nice little place tucked away in a quiet corner of Boulogne-Billancourt just outside of Paris. Very friendly, family operated place that feels like being in the country when you are in the city. Good place to "kick-back" after a busy day.

The room is very clean although the lift is very small. It is close to the metro which is very convenient. I was there for business therefore I didn’t mind the local amenities there are good restaurants around. The only bad thing is the breakfast. A continental breakfast that is separately charge. It was better to have a better breakfast on my way to work or a combination of both.

A petite hotel surrounded by a beautiful garden. Location is walking distance to metro, supermarket, bakery and restaurant. Rooms are renovated and super clean. Would love to come back again. Owner is very friendly and warm.

Very cosy bed and breakfast in Boulogne. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean and the wifi signal is very strong. Breakfast for ten euros is delivered to your room with fresh pastries, hot chocolate and other delicious things.

Serenity in busy Paris
Paris was hot and very crowded, so we especially enjoyed this quiet and beautiful hotel. The small garden where breakfast is served is surrounded by pretty flowers. The walk to the next metro (Boulogne Jean Jaures) takes around 10 min by foot. Get some drinks for your fridge to enjoy them in the court yard at night, since there is no service for lunch/dinner/drinks. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
