Great Location - Staff could be friendlier!
The location is indeed excellent and only a short walk from the Gare Du Nord and steps from Sacre Coeur. The staff were a little abrupt and although helpful were way to fast and always seemed too busy to want to help. It did come across as quite rude but it may be there personality. The hotel itself is very cramped and has really made the most of every square inch of the room that’s available..

The Nation Montmartre Hotel is a very charming hotel with a great location near Montmartre and a main subway statiin.

Excellent stay with a family of 4. The hotel room was lovely, spacious and very clean.

The reception told us that the checkin time was 2pm and the one mentioned on Expedia was wrong. However, after waiting for 30 mins, they provided us with a room. Location is very close to subway station and Gare du Nord. Facility was clean, staff were helpful and breakfast buffet was decent.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very helpful with our needs and the manager personally arranged a limo ride for us to the airport!!!!

bad check-in, very limit amenities
We were supposed to check in at 2pm. We came early, we were able to drop our luggage at the hotel. When we came back at 2pm, they said the room is not ready and asked us to come back at 3pm due to some water problem that they need to fix. We were asked to pay 7 euro for city tax. We stay 2 nights, for 2 persons, supposed to pay 4 euro city tax based on their Small Print. After a long flight, dealing with this is very exhausted. The customer service attitude was bad. They finally let us check in at 2pm without reason??? No elevator, we had to take our luggage by stair up to level 4. The room is tiny and offer no amenities. No water or cup. Breakfast comes with croissant, jam and bread, coffee, milk. Space is limited, 4 tables, you may have to wait until someone else finish their dishes. The only thing positive is the location, it's 5 minutes of walking to train station. With the paid amount, I am sure there are many other much better hotels available in Paris.

The rooms were clean and spacious, including the bathrooms. The staffs were helpful during our trip, giving us a lot of information on how to get around the city.

Perdonale cordiale e disponibile. Ottima la pulizia. Colazione buona, prevalentemente dolce. Ottimi i croissants. Unico neo, terribile, noi eravamo al 5 piano senza ascensore con una scala a chiocciola da capogiro. Se non fosse stato x quello, soggiorno perfetto

Op de foto’s worden de kamer super groot weergegeven. In de economy room kan je je kont bijna niet keren. Het is super klein en je kan vanuit je bed je partner op de wc zien zitten. Tevens was t gehorig en lag het hotel niet echt in een nette wijk. Hotel lag wel vlakbij een metrostation. Voor een weekend was dit nog te doen. Maar vooralsnog vond ik het verblijf erg teleurstellend, aangezien je na een lange dag wandelen terug kwam in een claustrofobisch hok. De tax moest je contant betalen (had ik ook nog nooit eerder meegemaakt).

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Mais, l’hôtel mériterait un petit rafraîchissement et devrait proposer un petit déjeuner buffet plus varié et avec des produits frais. Le personnel est sympathique.

Ruime kamer met aparte kleine badkamer met douchecel en airco. De airco stond op 20°C ingesteld vandaar dat ik duurzaamheid minder gescoord heb. Buiten was het boven 30°C en dan is 20 te laag. De receptie was zo vriendelijk de instelling te wijzigen naar 25°C. De verf in het trappenhuis is wat versleten, de kamer was in zeer goede staat.

Premiere expérience d'un hotel sans toilettes ou avec toilettes communes à plusieurs chambres. De plus l'isolation phoniques n'est pas terrible car j'entendais tout de ce que racontait les clients de la chambre voisine. Honnêtement, je ne pense pas y retrouver.

Hôtel en travaux et accueil à revoir.
La nuit avait été pré réglé au préalable sur le site hotel.com mais il a fallu faire un dépôt de garantie alors que rien n'était mentionné sur l'annonce. c'est la première fois que je dois faire ce genre de transaction. J'ai du également payer la taxe de séjour pour 3 personnes alors que j'étais tout seul parce que al chambre était considéré comme une triple. Au départ je devais un solde de 26 euros alors que tout avait été réglé, il fallu plus d'une heure pour que le réceptionniste voit que c'était une erreur. Aucune excuse du receptionniste !!! Hotel en travaux, les chambres ne correspondent pas aux photos. Accueil à revoir et hôtel absolument pas fidèle au descriptif. J'ai fait beaucoup d'hôtel avec hotel.com c'est la première fois que je donne une mauvaise note. Dommage avec un peu de compréhension de la part de l'hotelier l'avis aurait été meilleur.

Kleines und einfaches Hotel nahe der Kirche Sacre Coeur. Viertel mit vielen Immigranten und recht laut und schmutzig, sehr nahe zur Metro-Station Barbes-Rochechouart. Sehr nettes Personal.

Pas mal pour un court séjour, bien situé !
Hôtel propre, personnel aimable, toilettes sur le palier. Chambre petite mais agréable. Il y a une caution à l entrée, mieux vaut le savoir! Le quartier est très agréable et vivant.

Aucunement mentionné qu’une caution sera demander, Comment on fait si on a un budget précis. ?? De plus hormis la personne qui réserve l’accompagnent doit également fournir une pièce d’identité sinon c’est mort. Si hôtels.com mentionnerai les conditions de l’hôtel nous n’aurions jamais pris la peine de réserver ce vieil hôtel qui se prend pour un 5* Lorsque nous demandons un effort (nous sommes arrivés fatigués à 23h déjà donc) la personne à l’accueil marmonne insulte et se plaint en arabe tout le long devant nous histoire de bien nous mettre mal à l’aise. Un livreur uber Eats a même fait une réflexion en disant «  il se prend pour le proprio » tellement il parle mal. Soit. Le matin au départ l’autre personne à l’accueil nous a dit ni bonjour ni merci ni avez vous appréciez. Nous n’avions même pas d’eau chaude dans la chambre et la sois disante vue sur la cour est inexistante on s’est taper le bruit et la vue du boulevard barbes. Bref même si c’est propre et rénové le personnel est très hautain et vraiment pas chaleureux.

Juste après validation du paiement je reçois un appel de l'hôtel qui me dit qu'il y a pas de chambre de disponible sachant que j'étais déjà à proximité de l'hôtel cela ne m'a pas fait plaisir maintenant je dois attendre et espèrer qu'il y est pas de prélèvement sur mon compte
