Clean and good staff. The location is very convenient. The property is a little bit old. The door of the bathroom cannot lock and toilet lid is broken. But totally no problem and good stay.

Two-night stay
Very nice hotel, typical of what one would expect in Paris. Service was friendly at every interaction. The room has no air conditioning which meant opening the windows and tolerating the busy and noisy street action including police sirens. Location is great just across the street from Gare de l'est but that comes with the noise. Breakfast is good but not great. All told, I would stay there again.

Our stay here was great. The room was clean and we had fresh towels every day. There is no air conditioning but we stayed here in October so it wasn't too hot and there was a fan in the room. The area around the hotel pretty noisy and busy even late at night but with the windows closed and fan on the sounds didn't bother us. Really convenient location to transportation - metro right outside and Gare du Nord just a few minutes walk away if you're taking the Eurostar. Staff was really friendly and held our bags for a few hours after we checked out.

Perfect stay in Paris at main train station
This is a very cute hotel a short walk from the Gare de Est main train station in Paris. Lots of great places to eat right there and easy to hop on Metro to get around to all the great spots in Paris. Our room was clean the beds comfortable the bathroom was immaculate. I will stay again on my next trip to Paris.

Great location& friendly
I enjoyed staying in the hotel. The location is great next to metro train gare de lest. The room was tiny for 3 girls but clean and warmly looking good, also the toilet. The stuff we’re helpful and nice and did all we ask them. I am recommended this hotel for the price and our amazing staying.

Nice affordable stay. Not luxurious hotel but comfortable and clean. Very near two train stations (Gare du Nord and Gare d'lest). Subway station right outside hotel. Many food options outside. The area has some random people wandering around, but I still felt safe. Recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay.

Pretty good.
The shower in the bathroom was out of date and only had a hand shower. The Kleenex box was empty. There was no thermostat for the heater. Otherwise very good and well located. We usually stay at this hotel.

Nice location next to Gare de l'Est Station.The recepten guy who checked me in was nice. The room itself is very basic but sufficient.The shower was very small and raised about one step which means if you take a shower, the water will definitely flow to the floor.Other guy at the reception told me there was a leakage because of that and I need to be careful when taking a shower not to do it again. He spoke to me in respectable but rather unfriendly way. Luckily it was only one night. So, I didn't have a shower again to avoid any trouble.

Convenient Location but Way Overpriced
I guess you're paying for the convenience of being right next to the station because that's all the good you get. The floors are uneven and squeaky and there's a motion sensor light in the room that comes on any time anyone moves so everyone in the room gets woken up any time someone moves in the night. Glad we only stayed there one night.

Good Stay with 1 min walk to Metro station. Many Restaurants near by. For Eiffel tower we need to change 2 metro trains. Most popular places are 1 or 2 metro changes away.

Terrible. The desk staff was c very rude. No welcome or anything else. Gave us room no34 which was dirty not even cleaned . Had to wait for cleaning staff to come & clean. Ask for directions the desk man was rude. This hotel is very noisy place. Room no 34 has broken windows doesn’t close. All night time it’s very hard to sleep because of people screaming. Don’t waiste your money to stay here.

No fridge in room. TV remote was temperamental despite changing batteries. Shower was dodgy as you could easily scald yourself because of badly designed controls. Apart from the above, the hotel was comfortable, location was great and the breakfast very good.

Fine for the price! A quite outdated room but cheap and had all of the essentials. Stayed here to be close to the train station for further travel the following day. Decent neighborhood, close to Le Marais and the Jewish Quarter, both of which are nice to walk around.

Disappointing
Recepit stated room with city view but got one with side view of another building; fan was old and noisy when on rotation and shower head was broken; room was clean so we put a do not disturb sign to keep valuables safe but they still came in to tidy it; free breakfast was ok but a rude attendance selectively ask us our room number among guests on the second day of our stay

Good budget hotel. Friendly welcome. Handy for Gare l'est. Pillows very thin so roll up top cover and use as a bolster. Suprisingly quiet. Goid to have a fan in this hot weather. Shower worked well.

Some of the rooms I've stayed in here have been large and spacious. However last night's was perhaps the smallest one yet and on the top floor. Still, there's a lift. Very convenient hotel if you're catching trains.

Not worth it
Well that was a miss. No refrigerator. 2nd night was twice as much as first night and wasn't worth the 64 euro, much less 126 euro. A 2 star hotel with inflated reviews on hotel.com (hmmm?). Very old, no amenities, not ventilated well (so very hot). Not enough or convenient electric outlets. Shower the right size for a child. Folding bathroom door meant very little privacy. Just a big YUCK overall of a hotel.

Good budget hotel
This hotel is good for those who are on a budget. It has convenient location and good price. Everything is beside. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I would like to note Farid - a very good person from the staff who would do anything to make you feel happy and enjoy your stay at the property. I booked the room with breakfast but upon arrival they told that breakfast is for extra charge. Only the confirmation email from the website proved that breakfast is included and everything was fixed.

Decent quality for a two star rated hotel. Clean and tidy, comfortable bed. Good location for the railway stations and for getting around the city. The surrounding area is busy, still a lot of people around at 3.00 in the morning. Like any major city, you need to be alert but we didn't have any problems. Would definitely use again for a lads trip.

I rate this hotel as 1 star plus. Other than the advantage of its location (close to TGV, Bus stops and surrounding market), nothing is special about hotel, staff and its facilities. Breakfast is bare minimum and Internet is zero in the rooms.

Cheap hotel not worth the stay.
The hotels locations is very convenient however it's short on amenities. The room was clean but one closet smelled so much like mildew we didn't use it. The small fridge never got cold in the three days we stayed. There was no A/C instead the room had a rotating fan that was very noisy. The street noise was so loud that we often had to close the window at night which made the room very hot. They used so much bleach on the bed linen that my wife broke out in hives.

The heat in the west-facing room is unbearablly hot even with the fan. The front lobby is totally neglected with broken front entrance window, ripped sofa. Staff is friendly, the included breakfast is OK.
