I booked this hotel last minute. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. When I was not happy with my room they changed it immediately! They provided an extra heater as I was very cold and showed me how to get around. They do offer breakfast at €12 which is not bad compared to local offerings. It is located near line 1 which takes you to some of the landmarks trams and buses are available. Other lines are nearby too if you don’t mind walking. There are many supermarkets and shops which open late where u can get last minute supplies. The room I stayed in was quite big for a place in Paris and was on the top floor. There is however no lift so if you don’t like stairs then you may want to skip this hotel. My room had a separate toilet and shower which was good. Also had a flat screen tv. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend for a short 2 day stay in Paris.

Our room was older and needed some TLC (broken plugs, non-working bed light, broken phone base, etc.). But staff and service were excellent and hotel location was top. Recommended.

No elevator and no air conditioning but we knew that when we booked. Hanine at the front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and the continental breakfast was good. A number of restaurants close by and entrance to the M1 subway line is a 4min walk. That subway line gets you quickly to any destination needed.

We really loved the location and the staff was great! The 1st room we had was extremely small for 2 people and the staff was nice enough moved us the next morning to a much larger and nicer room. It was clean, simple and a little bit away from the city center. However the metro line is right around the corner and within minutes you were anywhere you want to be. It was nice to be in a more residential area away from the crowds. Nice restaurants and sidewalk cafes were a few steps from the hotel. We ended up eating and drinking in the area every night.

This is a small hotel in a convenient location. It is about a 10-15 min walk from the train station. Lots of restaurants, cafes close by. No lift, but that’s Paris. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Great hotel for the price.

No elevator, i had to climb 4 stairs to reach my room, the floor wasn't clean, no flip flop which costs them 1€, no wifi coverage, bed is good, bathroom is tight, trash bin in the toilet was without cover (you can imagine the view), 1 metro ride to reach Eiffel tower which is good.

Great staff, great location, room is small but clean and got all I needed, bed, shower, tele and free WiFi. Not sure I would stay there in a very warm summer day as there’s no air conditioning but a fan is provided.

Frugality at its best.
The location was great. easy access to metro Line 1 Port de Vincesses, and Bel air Metro Line 6. Staff was great and very helpful. great pastry shop across the street. W/I 20 - 30 min train ride to the Eiffel Tower. Easy access from Charles de gaule Airport to Hotel.

Near awful
Very old and very stale. No air conditioning so beware of staying here in the summer. I left a pair of expensive jeans in the room and I e-mailed them. They returned my email saying they had them and if I gave them my credit card info and address they’d send them to me. That was almost two months ago. Follow up emails and phone calls have gotten me nowhere. Very unprofessional and awful customer service.

Service was nice. The room was definitely on the smaller side. I understand that in europe rooms can be small but in this case, only one person can walk through the front of the bed at a time. Condition of the place is great. When you enter it gives a very sophisticated feeling. If you have more than one suitcase with you good luck going up the stairs. We had 4 suitcases with us, stayed on the 4th floor and no elevator; it was a little bit of a let down.

Paris is hot in the Summer
Paris in the Summer is Hot. Hotel doesn’t have A/C so be warned. A fan was provided and the windows open wide so that was a relief. Staff is friendly and the area is not busselling with tourists so it’s quiet and had a great Saturday street market. The metro 1 line is the best part as you can use that to get to all the major sights, shopping, food, etc. We’d stay again for the Saturday market alone, but otherwise we’ll probably stay at our usual digs. This is a good back up though. Also the Patisserie across street is delicious.

The room was really nice with modern decor. The bathroom was quite spacious for Parisian hotel. There is a really nice outdoor area where you can have your breakfast and relax. However, when I asked about check out time, I was told 12. I went to Bois de Vincennes before check out and on returning at 1030, I was again reminded that check out was 12pm. The cleaning staff were also waiting at the top of the stairs and I told them I was leaving soon. I enjoyed staying at the hotel but felt like I was being chased out at the end!

There was no AC inside of the room. It was very very hot and we were on the ground floor. There is no elevator in case you have many luggages and need to go upstairs but at least you may open the windows safely if you are warm. The room was very noisy and everytine someone flushed the toilet there was a returning noise all night long as if we had flushed the toilet ourselves. The breakfast was nice and included croissants and 2 other pastries, apples, cerreal, bread, nice coffee, milk, and OJ. The staff was very nice, polite, and friendly.

The hotel was good but there was no lift and decpite my room was at Tne first floor I had to pull my baggage upstairs. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly The hotel access to metro and nearby resturant was good.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights while on holiday. While located in a residential area, the hotel is a 2 minute walk from a metro station on Metro line 1 making most tourist sites such as the Louvre, the Orsay, the Arc dear Triomphe and the Champs Elysees directly accessible, while the Eiffel tower and Versailles are accessible with only a few changes on the metro. The hotel itself is clean and well decorated and a great deal for the price. Would recommend

The staff was friendly and willing to give advice; I'd say it is coveniently located just a few steps from the porte de Vincennes metro station there are night buses also available

Noisy!
Stayed 3 nights, every morning at 4.30am someone upstairs was stomping around for over an hour - no idea if was guest or staff member. Then after they went out (or down to man reception?) they left some kind of intermittent alarm to go off in their absence. No ventilation / no extractor-fan in small stuffy room.
