Staff very rude bad service very limited options for breakfast. Not friendly welcome. ROOMS SMELLS OF CIGARETTES NOT CLEAN.

Awful experience
Out of the 3 rooms we booked, the key didn't worked for 2. I had to go to the front desk 6 times, and no one could solve my issue. And instead of offering an apology, they were screaming at me because of me being mad for not being able to enter my room after 2 hours. Besides that, the WiFi is HORRIBLE, we were never able to navigate normally with our cellphones. Also, there were very few spots to plug in our stuff, and the shower is poorly designed so it spills a lot of water.

A hotel without air conditioning, in SUMMER...
This hotel is very close to the Orly-Paris airport. The room is large and very convenient for someone in need of space to pack the luggage prior to an overseas trip. That is the expected good part. The bad is that, to my surprise, the hotel has NO AC! This is something the gentleman at the reception desk tried to explain to my wife. I later went to Hotels.com web site to see whether this information was available anywhere and it was not. In the end, lucky me, it was not a hot night and I was able to get a good night sleep. Anyway, I do NOT recommend this IBIS hotel AT ALL!

Lovely and Affordable Hotel
The Hotel is really beautiful. They artworks in the room makes it cozy and lovely. The facilities are quite good and it's just a bus or tram away from ORLY airport. Even though my flight was from CDG airport, I still enjoyed my transit to the Hotel. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I visit Paris again

the hotel is very close to orly airport but the area is very sketchy. The parking is NOT free. if you want to park for free stay in the street where broken glasses of windows are on the floor along the road !! the hotel itself is very nice and clean but it is really good for staying to goto airport nothing else.

Ho-hum!
As all Ibis Hotels are, clean & comfortable. A short walk to the tram 7 line. One stop to the local supermarket and mall at Lamantine, second stop at Villejuif Louis Aragon where the tram ends and you change to the underground Metro line 7. At Ibis some staff are more helpful than others. Good restaurant next door. Closes at 11pm. The bar is not 24 hours and doesn't sell spirits after 11pm so if you arrive after that time and want a drink to relax, then it's hard luck for you.

You get what you pay for
Hotel was ok. Staff were not very helpful. I asked about where I should park and they told me to wait at the front and they would open the gate. 10 minutes and 2 visits back into the desk they finally opened the gate (but acted as if I was a nuisance by wanting in to park) We were only using the hotel to sleep before a very early flight. It was reasonably priced but if I was doing it again I think I would pay a little more (I guess its true - you get what you pay for)

An Ibis nothing else but good location
With Ibis you know what you are getting. Basic but clean hotel with ok rooms. Location is perfect if you need to get a flight at Orly. If you are on limited budget and just need a clean bed with internet access to catch a plane, perfect. Good value for money too.

Not the best Ibis I've stayed in. Tiny room, air con not working, and in a dodgy neighbourhood. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi was good so on balance it was OK for a night while waiting to fly out.
