Check in was easy and efficient. The door in the shower did not close all the way leading for the bathroom to flood. I told reception and they asked me if I wanted to switch rooms or wait to have it fixed. Since I had already unpacked I did not want to move rooms. The next morning I noticed the same issue, they had not fixed the problem. When I spoke with reception they were very apologetic and immediately gave me an upgrade to a much nicer room. It seems they thought it was the shower and not the shower door that was an issue- simple miscommunication.
