On two occasions while being helped at the front desk, a guest walked in and I was made to wait as the other guest was assisted. Also, when trying to clarify a charge, I was asked to wait till the next morning to talk to the manager, despite trying to explain in more detail. The manager wasn't there the next morning but a different person at the front desk was able to answer my question to my satisfaction. In sum, It felt like the hotel was doing me a favor by hosting me. I don't think I'll ever go there again. The rates were good though.
