Amazing hotel!! Great location about a 5 minute walk to the Louvre. The rooms are large including the bathroom. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel also offers free water and coffee 24 hours a day.

Well located 5 mins walk from the louvre, friendly staff with excellent English, cosy but clean rooms, 24hr tea and coffee in reception, would definitely recommend.

There were ticks/insects in my room. I had to wait a while in the cold for someone to open the door and check me in. Good location but not too clean.

Dear Sir,I am very surprised with your review, I asked you when you checked-out if everything was ok, you answered to me YES. The receptionist who worked at night also told me that he spoked with you during your stay but you never mentioned any problems. We checked also in room if there were insects in the room but we din't find anything. Could you please let us know what is the real reason of your dissatistaction.

I got in elevator as forgot my key in the room. And the elevator should go automatically downstairs but it did not and i had to wait 10min before anyone realized

Great Stay
Great place close ten minute walk to Louvre. Quiet area and great front desk staff. Close to many bistros. Would recommend this hotel if you’re good with small room sizes.

Great hotel close to Louvre
This was a fun boutique hotel close to The Louvre. It was within walking distance to lots of shops and cafes. The room was spacious and decorated nicely. There was a blow dryer and bathroom amenities from L'Occitane. We had only two issues. Our main complaint was the bed. My husband and I both had sore backs as the bed was very firm. Shower was also small with a shower enclosure that moved. It was near impossible not to leak water all over the bathroom floor as the shower enclosure did not contain the water and shower was curbless. Overall impression of this hotel was great. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again especially if they had mattresses that were more comfortable.

It was simply ok. Pros - location is great, within walking distance of all the sights - staff are friendly Cons - rooms are very small (I know this is normal in Paris) but this was super small - if you switch the lights off at night and have plugged your phone in it won’t charge, this was infuriating to wake up to. - construction started at 8.30am and the e could hear this very loudly in the room - temperature during the night went from hot to freezing.

staff were fantastic and accommodating. AC was turned off for the season. we opened the window but the traffic & construction noise noise was unbearable. room was adequate not enough space at the vanity. again, the staff was incredible to satisfy us.

the staff are fantastic, very pleasant and accommodating. the bathroom sin is very small with no place for toiletries. the AC system was turned off for the entire hotel to switchover for the winter. evening were hot. we opened windows for relief. however, the noises from the street were unbearable !!

Great option when you need that A/C
I chose this hotel because of the air-conditioning and location, and for that it was perfect. I did not need much space or a view. I had issues with the shower and the shore door that were not addressed, and there were issues accessing anyone at night time.

This is a super cute hotel in a superb location and the staff was very nice. We were able to walk from the train station and also walk to many of our destinations. The only time we used the Metro was to go to the Eiffel Tower and that was really simple to use. The reason I'm giving it 3/5 stars is that we returned to our hotel room at 9:30pm in complete darkness, we had to use our cell phone lights to see anything. None of the light switches worked and no one was at the front desk to ask for help. There was a sign with a phone number to call for assistance, but when we called the number a message was played and then it clicked off. There was simply no one to help with this issue. Fortunately, we didn't have much to do and went right to bed. My advice is to make sure you know how to use the lights when you first arrive and someone is at the check-in desk to ask for help, if needed. Other than this, the hotel was fabulous. We had the breakfast package and the food was yummy!

This hotel was great, I would definitely stay here again. The location was walking distance from major attractions and the room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was great before heading out each day. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The hotel was in a lovely quite location, really central to d wry where. Staff were amazing. The bed was like sleeping in a cucoon it was so comfortable.

Great small hotel in a splendid location. Staff were very helpful and communicative. The beds were very comfortable and the showers strong. Cleanliness was tip-top. The breakfast buffet was delicious and ample. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cute and cosy
We were welcomed very nicely and our room was ready early which was a nice surprise. Room was super cute and quiet for a good night's sleep. Loved the chalkboard walls of the elevator. Breakfast was also yummy ! Highly recommended as it is close to the RER/Metro and the Louvre.
