quiet and convenient.

Posted 27-Mar-2017
This hotel is about a 15 walk to the metro station/catacombs so make sure that's okay if you don't want to cab it. Staff was extremely nice. My room (ended in 3) was extremely small but I literally only slept and showered there so no problems.

Pros: good people and very helpful
Cons: Coffee in the rooms would be good
Location: Close to subway station and access to many areas
Staff was wonderful on day shift and the rooms were very clean.

Clean and pleasant hotel on a quiet street.

I chose this particular hotel for its location, close to my sister's retirement home. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I had only breakfast there once, but there was a large choice besides the pastries: eggs, ham, cheese. I had a very nice room with a king size bed. It was very clean. There is very good transportation nearby, the tram, metro, many buses to go everywhere else in Paris.

It was wonderful. Can't wait to have an excuse to return to Paris and the hotel.

An ok budget hotel in Paris

Posted 05-Oct-2016
Pros: The bed was comfy, the bathroom nicely decorated and clean. Good water pressure, and plenty of hot water.
Cons: The walls were paper thin. You can hear every single word of your neighbours' conversations (and everything else!).
Location: Good artisan bakery just down the road, only minutes walking distance to Alesia metro.

Disappointing expensive stay

Posted 15-Sep-2016 on Hotels
I recently stayed at this hotel during my business trip to Paris. The room was very small, there was no mini bar, no kettle for hot water as shown in the picture, there was a small desk with a lamp but the lamp was not working. There was only one elektric socket in the room. The ground is carpet which was not really clean. The room was extremely warm and there was no air condition. All in all it was the worst hotel for the money...

Nice hotel in quiet cul de sac area

Hotel staff was helpful except for one individual on check out who had an issue with me getting a cup of coffee before our taxi arrived at 4am, he said the coffee was for the guests, I could understand if the coffee was hand ground but when you have 20 disposable nescafes sitting there, I'm sure one could be spared for a guest who had yet to check out. There's too many places in Paris to stay at, so next time I will be staying elsewhere.
