The most noisy hotel ever

Actually I had very noisy early morning ever There is no sond isolation from outside,, room services are noisy and there was construction in the hotel started at 8 am

Excellent 5 Star Hotel in Heart of St. Germain

This hotel is in the heart of St. Germain and easy to get to if you are driving or taking the Metro. We stayed here for my 36th birthday and everything was top notch, from the valet parking to check-in, and the concierge. Everyone at this hotel was genuinely very nice to us and made us feel extremely welcomed from the second we arrived. Our stay was effortless and the concierge made us dinner plans at a fabulous classic French restaurant. I've stayed at the Ritz Carlton and Hotel Bel Ami was by far better service, top notch all the way. The local of the hotel is great, it's walking distance to many luxury stores in St. Germain, Louis Vuitton is literally 3 doors down. There's also a metro stop close by, but we chose to use a taxi to get to the Tour de Effiel. The Louve is within a short walking distance, probably 10 minutes or so. The rooms were very nice and have just been remodeled, the bed was extremely comfortable and a pretty decent size for European standards. I would definitely stay here again, this whole experience made my 36th birthday one that I'll never forget!

Chic hotel in the center of everything

We stayed at Hotel Bel Ami for 6 nights. We were most impressed with the location and well maintained interior of the hotel. Room is clean and comfortable (small but expected for Paris). Staff couldn't be more helpful or polite. Only complaint we had was the construction noise during day time, but never any Un-due noise at night time. Definitely will choose again for our next visit.

びっくり

お風呂の浴槽に髪の毛がついていたり、部屋の片ずけがぞんざいで三日間泊まったのですが、何気に枕が下に置いてあったり、ベッドカバーが付けてなかったり、挙句には、9時くらいにいきなりメイドさんが私の部屋へのノックとともに扉を勝手に開けて明日の朝食の時間の変更の紙を渡す!全く不安で恐くて寝れませんでした。部屋の広さとベッドの大きさはいいのですが。あの金額で睡眠不足………次はありません。

staff was consistently helpful, warm and welcoming. they went the extra mile for certain special needs we had. neighborhood extraordinary-- the kind we'd dreamed of for paris. room was fine, neither special nor disappointing, but staff worked hard to accommodate any difficulty ( ex: my wife needed to refrigerate some food and minibar not sufficiently cold, so they stored our food in their restaurant's fridge and delivered it almost immediately when requested, even if after the restaurant had closed).

Well-located hotel

Pros: Location was good. Staff was friendly and upbeat.
Cons: Concierge, Louis, must not have listened to us when we said that we described what we wanted for dinner; he sent us to a place without that menu item.
Location: Shopping, concerts at Abbeye de saint germain des pres, cafe scene, close walk to musee d'orsay, and to cross-Seine bridges.
We found our room, particularly the bed, to be good. Rooms need to be re-painted. Being around the corner from galleries and individual shops (like on Rue Jacob) was excellent. Thought the breakfast price unreasonably high for a basic croissant and coffee, so advise guests to just walk outside and look within a half block to find better breakfasts at better prices.

We'll return yet again

We stayed here last year and enjoyed so much we reupped! The room size is great especially given European standards. The hotel staff are outstanding from the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant/bar We love the location as it is right near the Metro station and walking distance to Louvre, Madeleie plaza. Etc. there is an espresso machine in the room but we would have liked to be able to make American coffee instead. The Hotel is on a very quiet street so sleeping in isn't a problem. This place is perfect for a shorter stay in a cool negborhood.
