Very convenient for a short visit. Walking distance to arc de triomphe & champs elyses street. Our room was extremely clean which we loved and the most helpful staff ever. Hotel is petit, very well located and fair price.

The hotel is located near a major metro station and many restaurants nearby. Although in the heart of Paris, the area is quiet and calm. The staff is amazingly friendly and ready to assist.

Extremely clean, kind staff, breakfast is delicious with many choices, walking distance to shops & restaurants, Eifel Tower, champs, Arc Triumph.... and many more. Staff very nice, Eitein is knowledgeable and courteous I will definitely stay here again

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly, location is fantastic (a block away from the arc de triomph) and the room itself was beautiful and clean. Great hotel!

We had a nice stay in the Hotel. The place was very close to the metro station. The staff was very Friendly and Helpful. Only issue was with the sofa bed, it was very uncomfortable.

WONDERFUL, FELT LIKE HOME
I loved my stay at Hotel Balmoral. The front desk folks were so kind and friendly. It was a wonderful place to stay alone when I was traveling for work. The hotel is beautiful, safe, charming and it was so homey. The location is great, too. I would go back absolutely!

Location was great. Steps from the metro and many dining options. Breakfast buffet was affordable and better options than other nearby restaurants with breakfast options. Afternoon tea time with snacks is a nice touch also.

Hotel Balmoral is in a great location. The owners and staff are so nice and helpful. We stayed in a suite on the top floor and it was spacious and very comfortable. I would highly recommend Hotel Balmoral to anyone staying in Paris.

Brilliant stay - Location (next to Arc de Triumphe) and you can have a walk to the Eiffel Tower! Cafes and shops all around. The customer service is really good - they were very accommodating- our VIP extra through Expedia meant we got a bottle of wine - when we said we didn’t drink alcohol they instead gave us a free breakfast each for the 4 of us - so we were really happy. The breakfast was ample and of high quality and we were very satisfied. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily - whenever we asked for something it seemed a priority for them to sort it - I took family and they all said they couldn’t have asked for a better stay to visit Paris

Mixed Experience
We had a mixed experience. The hotel is lovely and the room was attractive with a comfortable bed. The first day we slept in and we left our room after the three pm cut off for maid service. The maid literally had a temper tantrum. On the other hand, the safe did not work in the room and a very polite staff person replaced it immediately. The thermostat was not working in the room and we mentioned it to the front desk and we were told we should open the window. It did not appear that the staff we encountered were willing to go the extra mile. The location was terrific and very convenient. We will not stay here on our next trip to Paris.

this is a very nice boutique hotel in Paris. it is located very close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysées, in a quiet street, near many good restaurants and shopping. An excellent value to boot!

Nice modern hotel, great location
Great location near L’Arc de Triomphe, and a nice little hotel. We had a superior twin room on the 3rd floor with a view of a wall opposite (if you lean out the window and look down there’s a little courtyard. Room was small, but probably bigger than most French hotel rooms! Lovely big modern bathroom with a great walk-in shower. The bar is the same space as for breakfast. We did like this hotel a lot for the friendliness of the staff, the location, the room (nicely decorated and enough storage space for 2. The only issue we had was that the only English channel we could get on the tv was CNN or BBC News. This won’t be an issue for most people as who comes to Paris to watch tv! But I was with my elderly mother who has hearing and sight loss, and prefers not to eat in the evenings because of digestive problems (so no shows or fancy meals for us), so I had purposely looked for a hotel with satellite channels so we could hopefully at least watch something in the evenings. The tv was a smart tv, but nothing worked - despite good wi-fi? No option to log into Netflix, or any other entertainment sites. I did mention this to the front desk and they said someone would come the next day to look at the tv, but nobody came. The owner did very kindly give us a half bottle of champagne to apologise which was lovely, but 4 nights of watching repeated news stories over again was not fun (my mum can’t even manage to read a book even now).

Great first class hotel in a fantastic location.
The Hotel Balmoral is a top notch hotel with excellent service. They made dinner reservations, cab reservations, restaurant recommendations without a single problem. The hotel is literally 1 block from a major Metro station and Arc de Triumph. The bed was comfortable and we had daily maid service. The elevator is small and quirky, but who cares, it was a great place to call home for 8 days while we explored Paris.

What sets this property apart from others is the customer service. The front desk staff is friendly, professional and tends to every need from making dining reservations to arranging for taxis to checking with you to ensure your needs are being met. The rooms are well appointed, including toiletries, but what sets these rooms apart from others is the size of the bathrooms. There are double sinks and full tubs, with toilets in a separate enclosed room. This is a rarity in cities, where space is a commodity. We have stayed here 3-4 times and each time we have consistently been shown the same level of service. We will be back.

My bf and I enjoyed staying in hotel Balmoral. Very clean and smell good. They change our bathroom towels and bed sheets every single day. We stayed there for 7 nights. Very friendly and professional all receptions. The best part about this hotel is location close to Metro and RER. So many choice of the restaurants and bar close by.
