I don’t remember the female clerk that checked me in but she was AMAZING! Extremely helpful and so kind. Will gladly stay at this hotel again. Good location, restaurants all around and the hotel breakfast was also great!

A good hotel, the room is excellent, the place is excellent, but the left was not working most days and I was on the sixth floor but they fix it . There is an employee at the reception whose name Danilson is Excellent. His service is excellent and he is quick to solve problems and helps you with anything you want. I give he 5 stars.

The hotel is right next to the subway station. Nice area, safe and quite. Our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was included and had variety of good food. We loved our stay there.

A clean comfortable little hotel with staff who put themselves out to be helpful and kind. One small negative point is the distance from the centre of Paris, but good transport links on the doorstep. Would visit again and definitely recommend this hotel.

Horrible first visit to Paris
It was my first time in Paris with my family and our stay was not great. The hotel had no lift on the ground floor and offered no help with luggage. The worse part was they turned the AC off in the middle of the night. At one point, our entire floor had no AC. In addition, our first room had a clogged toilet and clogged bathroom sink. I was traveling with elderly parents and the folks next door had an infant, who was there before we arrived and they complained of no AC and they werent offered any assistance. On our last night, a kind gentleman, Danny, at the front desk, helped my dad to bring the bags down and offered refreshments prior to our departure. He was the best part of our stay. The showers had a plexi glass attachment that you could fall through which was very dangerous. Housekeeping didnt refill the shower soap dispenser. It was overall not a good stay.

Good experience overall. Steps from the Metro and decent food options. Rooms are fairly well sized compared to many Paris hotels. The hotel is well maintained and has an English-friendly staff. I used Hotel Acropole as a comfortable and affordable option for traveling into the city. 10 Minutes to Montparnasse, 25 minutes to Saint Michel, and other tourist sites. I recommend this hotel for solo travelers and couples who want a cost-effective way to enjoy Paris.

Look, the Pri e Point was fair. The staff were also helpful. We booked a Superior room and were given what we thought was acceptable for our use. We left for 3 nights, nut whe we came back were given a room on 6th floor. There was no lift working. There should have been a reduction for the inconveniance. I ask to bspeak with management but none have been available.

Nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds, AC was great, one minute walk to metro line 4, lots of restaurants and shops close by. A bit far from the monuments, but still easily accessible with metro and bus (metro 4 stopped at 11 pm)

What i didn't like is we never had wash clothes to bath with. We had to soap down with our hands. We are wash cloth type of people apart from that no complaint.

We had one day in Paris before our flight home. I booked this for it's location semi close to the Orly airport and also near the very end of the purple subway line which took us to the city... though we actually used Bolt mostly. So... if you are young and don't mind a steep 17 steps to get to the floor with the elevator, then this is ok. If you are older and perhaps have a lot of luggage then I would book elsewhere. I asked the night clerk to help with our luggage (five pieces total) and he literally took the smallest lightest one up the flight of stairs and then sat down allowing 70 yrs plus people drag big heavy luggage up this steep flight of stairs. He was too busy playing on his phone. The hotel should hire a bell hop or come with a warning label. I was so annoyed after this I basically interacted as little as possible with them the rest of my stay... and enjoyed my one day in Paris and had a nice flight home.

All good, staff at reception super helpful, room was nice and comfy, just took a bit of working out the heating... (AC is cooling only) Shower water pressure was good, nice selection of toiletries. Metro station literally outside front door. Tiny lift tho.

So this place is advertised as a comfy hotel, not too expensive and not too cheap, just in the middle somewhere. So you’d hope it would have the most basic facilities ... but sadly that was not my experience. I chose the double comfort room. Cons: - no drinkable water - no room service or bar so you can’t get some water - there’s a vending machine but it was broken !!! but a kind member of staff gave me a bottle of water he happened to have on him - they do breakfast between 8-10am but if you arrive at 8am they tell you you’re too early. Waited outside for 20 minutes before I was told I have to go back to reception and register to have breakfast, even though I had already done that the night before and paid for it. Ultimately I had a meeting to go to so I didn’t eat at the hotel but they charged me for breakfast for both days anyway. - the rooms are ok but the walls are so thin you can hear people having conversations, amongst other things. Hard to get any rest. Pros: - Wonderful and friendly staff, despite the awful facilities offered to guests, the staff try to help you as much as they can.

Just ok. Staff and bed are the two best things.
Hotel is fine. Not wow, but nothing really bad either. Staff was very helpful. Housekeeping was erratic. They never replaced the shampoo and didn't provide hand lotion until I asked front desk. Towels were thin. No washcloths. Beds were very comfortable, but the quarters are tiny. There was no dresser or drawers for unpacking. I figured with a small room there would be under bed storage. I was wrong. Convenient location as metro stop is right outside. About 30 min to center of town.

Superior Triple room
We booked superior triple room for 3 people and stayed 2 nights. The hotel is super close to metro and bus stop. It took about 45 mins to Eiffel tower and half hour to train station. 10 mins walk to supermarket. The room is very small as expected. Check in service was great.

Good Location Small But Clean and Quiet
Good location for Metro station. Friendly staff. Room is small but looks re-modeled recently; clean and quiet. Elevator is really tiny for 3 persons and only goes down to the 1st floor not ground level. Hotel.com stated that city tax would be collected for age over 18 but it is actually over 12.

I loved staying here. In a very safe part of town. Right outside of the door is the metro , which can take you anywhere you want to go. They have a/c which was great. I can speak French, but the receptionist all speak English. Will definitely come back!

Lovely Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very Friendly and helpful. The only down thing was that there was work being done on the pavement, but those are things that need to be done. to be honest we realized that was a lot of work being done in a lot of places around Paris.

The property was super cute, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were helpful in finding metro stops and sights and very friendly. The location was a little further than the “normal” tourist area but it didn’t matter since the Metro stop was right out fron. Very pleased!

It is really annoying that you need to take a set of stairs to reach the elevator. This is particularly annoying if you have heavy bag size and hotel staff is not willing to help. Hotel toiletries are not restocked if you are staying for multiple nights. The cleaning staff is really stingy with towels. They refused to give me one extra large towel.

Very nice hotel, room was clean and beds were great! Good location and easy access to metro to get to the more popular sites. Only challenge was the stairs to get to the elevator and the TINY elevator but overall great stay! The steps and elevator probably would not be a big issue for most but we we had 2 weeks worth of luggage and 2 kiddos! Staff was very nice and helpful also!!!

Great location. Entrance to subway right outside. Many stores nearby. Room is nice, clean and well equipped. Breakfast buffet was quite good but a little bit expensive. Toilet and shower room are separated, so you need to go to the shower room just to wash your hands after which was a little bit inconvenient (and the locks weren't working). It's located at a busy intersection so you may want to bring earplugs (I had no issues but it was noticeable).
