Quick overnight trip

The hotel is located very close to the Moulin Rouge and several metro stations. It does not provide an airport shuttle, which was unfortunate. Though the hotel recommends using a taxi service, using an Expedia recommended shuttle service is less expensive and worth it. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good and offered ample selections. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Chère Nicole, greetings from Paris! First of all we would like to thank you for choosing our property for your stay in Paris. It is a pleasure for us to learn that you appreciated our location: situated in a calm area of Montmartre, we are close to Moulin Rouge, Sacré Coeur, Place du Tertre. As least three metro lines, five bus lines serve our picturesque area. Concerning shuttle service, unfortunately we do not provide it but we do all the possible for the guests to explain them how to get our hotel: we can send all the necessary instructions and maps by mail or it is also possible to contact us directly by phone, the hotel is open 24H. As for taxis, we work with one of the biggest Parisian taxi company which gives fixed rates for CDG and Orly Airports which is lower in comparison with other taxi companies. It is a very quick service, once it is booked; it needs only 5-10 minutes for taxi to come to the hotel. As for different shuttle services provided by external companies, unfortunately, due to its specificity – coming to pick up many people from different places and then go to Airport – this service cannot guarantee 100% punctuality but we are glad that everything was fine with your shuttle. Good hotel to all amenities

Pros: Very comfortable beds.The room was snug but very clean with a fridge and tea,coffee making facilities.We had fresh towels every day .
Location: We had good meals every night.The shops were lovely.location was excellent just a short walk to the main town to catch the metro or bus.
The hotel is in a residential area but close to good restaurants and shops.Easy to get to the metro.

Nice hotel for family

Staffs are very kind. Hotel provides free mobile phone for staying. But, the menus in the restaurant are very limited.

Pros: The location. Close to Metro and walking distance to some of our favorite sites.
Cons: Breakfast is uninspiring.
Location: Momartre location. Place Clichy.
We went crazy and took the family suite (501 & 502) Lots of room. Staff is excellent. We stay there because we like the location. Its is a business traveler's hotel. No spa, uninspiring breakfast. But the place is clean. We like the location and Rue Damremont is surprising quiet.

Thank you for mentioning the quiet aspect of our location as it is important for a good rest in order for the guest to start the exploration of Montmartre and of Paris feeling relaxed. The easy access to lots of types of public transportation will make this exploration even more enjoyable. Of course, the free smartphone with free 4G internet connection all over the city will make the visit unforgettable. Poor location for going into Paris center

Stayed in a family room on the top floor - grubby with the wallpaper peeling off the walls. Two rooms done as an interconnecting group, but no way to keep doors open between them. Very overpriced (even for Paris) for what it was. No appreciation of IHG members. My car was damaged in the (off-site) car park. Location is just far enough to be not close to any of the 3 surrounding metro lines.

Very nice hotel

Pros: It was my home from home while staying in Paris. A nice base to start our city travels from and return to in the evening to rest and relax.
Cons: Can't think of anything. Wonderful stay.
Location: Central location. Close to attractions. Good restaurants close by ,patisserie store,bank atm close.
The hotel is centrally located in Montmartre district of Paris. Very nice neighborhood. Within 10 min walk of 2 Metro stations. Staff at the hotel were very professional, courteous and went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Katia in reception and Audrey in dining room, are people's names I recall who made a great effort to make our stay a memorable one. The hotel also has nice rooms, comfortable beds and great tasting brkfst. With many varied choices to suit all tastes. Plus Very reasonable rates. A great deal all around. Our stay in Paris was enhanced by the exceptional level of service offered at the Holiday Inn Montmartre. A credit to the brand and standard of service all Holiday Inn should aspire to achieve.

Good location for Sacre Coeur

Nice hotel. Decent quality all round. The staff were very friendly and the condition of the room was mostly good. The breakfast was good. Check in and out was really quick and easy.

Nice location, comfortable hotel

Montmartre is a nice location, a lot of quaint little cafes and small stores around. Near the Moulin Rouge area so many commercial establishments. The rooms are quite small but by Paris standards it's reasonably comfortable, and pretty clean.

REALLY NICE STAY !!!

Pros: The hotel and the room OK something about 4* ....
Cons: The room furniture, the air condition... was OK but could be much much better !!!!
Location: The location for us was very good but depence what you need.... Moulin Rouge about 10 mins away, Sacre-Mouer adout 0 mins away.... Plenty restaurants
I recommended for everyone !!!! Very friendly staff !!!! 5* staff, 4* hotel !!! The hotel staff very very friendly ready to help every time.. All staff from the reception, housekeepers and kitchen very helpful... Breakfast ... the best egg fried, sausages and yogurts .... Could be more bigger selections ....
