The front desk staff were always very kind and helpful. Our room on the 2nd floor was large enough for a king bed and pullout chair/bed, but since the bathroom was oversized and had double sinks in it, it didn't leave much room around the beds. Our friends stayed on the 4th floor, and their bathroom was smaller with only 1 sink, so their wardrobe was placed differently, and allowed for more room around the beds.
We ate at the breakfast buffet one day, but really did think that it was overpriced for the food offered, and there were other patisseries and boulangeries within walking distance with more reasonably priced options.
It was a very pleasant neighborhood, and within easy walking distance of the metro, bus or other restaurants.
It was also my daughter's birthday while we were there, and the staff were kind enough to put a "swan" heart (of towels) in the room with some balloons and a sign on the door as a surprise!
