The Hotel is under renovation. So for the current moment the hotel is best suited for people who are not in the room at working hours. That aside, the service was excelent, and i love the area

Checkin reception lied about tax laws and made a minor pay a fee, even though french law prohibits tax payments for minors. And the over all cleanliness was very below average.

Good enough
Look, this is a cheap hotel. It's beat up and not fancy at all. The wifi and breakfast cost extra and the it's on the outskirts of town and not in a particularly interesting neighborhood. That being said, everyone who works there is very nice and it's clean, safe, and perfectly comfortable. I can't imagine you could find a better hotel in this price range in Paris.

The location was good for transport, which was at the doorstep. The transport is very easy and inexpensive in France. The French are addicted to the tobacco drug, so you will have foul second-hand smoke 24/7 surrounding the hotel and drifting into the hotel room. I felt sick the entire time I was there and now need to detox my lungs.

I had to book this property as my original hotel was overbooked. Its truly the most run down place I’ve ever stayed at. The team at the desk were positive and polite.

Absolutely nothing good about this hotel. Atmosphere wasn't warmly home. Rooms and communal areas were very very dirty. I've seen public bathrooms in better conditions. Complained to hotel manager who said " this is an economy hotel in Paris. This is what you've paid for " refused to give a refund when requested so we could find another suitable accommodation. Very unhappy about this and would definitely not recommend to others.

The place was extremely bad and disgusting. You should take this place off your list. It was so dirty behind believe. It had bed bug on all the beds. Bathroom had mouse drop everywhere. The room was nothing like the picture. The wall was very filthy. We couldn’t even stay in the room. We had to leave immediately. I just had enough time to take some picture. The stairway was very bad too. Please don’t allow anyone to stay there, it is not sanitary, and it will cause lots problems.

Absolutely disgusting. Unsafe to stay here due to black mold in the bathrooms. Gave my traveling companion an asthma attack shortly after entering the room. There were stains from bodily fluids on the bed including blood and semen. They charged us for WiFi even though we did not stay more than 10 minutes in this dump. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The hipotel hotel it's one of the worst hotel I ever seing ,the stuff it's ignorant the hotel smells so bad dirt every where,and I payed 37£ a night I could have stayed some where much better with that prise ,any way it's an experience for my future reference

The stairs leading up to the rooms were dirty. The room was fairly clean and had the majority of what we needed. No wifi unless paid for. Very very basic. Particularly noisy at night inside and outside of the hotel.

There was bad smell in corridor. corners in the room were filled with dust. WIFI was paid, so, don't know if it woks fine or not. I did not take breakfast, so, don't know if it is good or bad. There are lots of restaurents, incl. Mcdonald within 30 second walk..so..food wise no issue seem

Good value.
Good value if you just need a place to sleep for the night. Only one outlet in room and is was in the bathroom for computer, phone charging etc.rooms and hotel run down. Front desk was very helpful and nice. No free wifi. Use McDonald's next door.

Would not recommend. Awkward hotel staff, loud banging around 4am every night (similar to hammering). Unusual (to put it nicely) bathroom layout. Felt like I was appearing in a horror film!

Most definitelly the biggest mistake of the whole vacation. Needed an urgent place to stay in Paris but this is disgusting! Staff is more than arrogant, speaking only French and most probably Arabic. I would not go there again even if they offer me free stay. Carpets haven't been changed since it was moved in, it is all full of bacteria.. One word - awful!

good location for a cheap stay
Regardless of being a 2 star hotel, the pictures were extremely deceiving. I had no power in my room and it was only resolved at the end of my last day. The shower head was broken. One of the maids came into my room at 5pm while I was sleeping with the manager because I did not answer it (because I was asleep) despite the fact my door was locked so a huge lack of privacy. They have the facilities but obviously not maintaining them for basic standards of living. Staff were ok, some were quite blunt and not overly friendly.

Decent, cheap hotel!
15 minutes from central Paris on the metro. The metro is literally next door, which is very convenient. The neighbourhood itself is a bit too suburban so there's nothing to see there. If you're a solo adventurer doing Paris on a shoestring then and you're not thinking 'Hilton' then this hotel is perfect.

Overrated hotel
The hotel is dirty and unpleasant. Need a total renovation. Garbage is everywhere in the patio when you open the windows. Cockroaches in the toilet.
