Super pratique, confortable et bon accueil.

Rien à redire sur l'ensemble de la prestation haut de gamme sauf un point,: La qualité du lit supplémentaire est celle d'un deux étoiles défraîchi..

Convenient for overnight stay before flight

Posted 03-Jul-2016
Pros: Close to CDG
Great that CDGVAL shuttle train goes back and forth by hotel for free. Only complaint is if you advertise overnight room service, don't be out of things on the limited menu please.

Restaurant service slooooow.

Posted 29-Jun-2016
This was a quick overnight before AM departure. Bed mattress in room 718 was very tired. Great on my wife's side of the bed; mine is the side where every overweight businessman has slept for years. As a side-sleeper, I had a sideways swale to my back after a night sleeping in a divot. Had a beer and an entree (app) for dinner. Waited 1/2 hour for my plat; finally just cancelled it. As for convenience, the spot is perfect.

NO WIFI on the rooms. What century are they livin

Posted 24-Jun-2016
Pros: clean sheets
Cons: wifi duh and cook the bacon
Location: NA
It was a sterile soulless , breakfast was fair, room neat and clean but the absence of free wifi in the room is unconscionable in this day and age. I have stayed in dumps all over the world for a fraction of the cost which rived excellent wifi. What gives? The shuttle form the train station was also the very last to arrive after other shuttles had arrived numerous times.

Perfect place to stay at the end of the trip.

Posted 18-Jun-2016
Pros: Clean, modern and well run. Great location, two minute walk to the train into Paris.
Cons: Shower door leaked, but then in Europe they all do.
Location: Five minutes by shuttle to the Delta terminal. Next to the train station, stop Terminal 1-3. Gets you St. Michel/Notre Dame station in about 20 min.
Stayed here overnight because of an early flight out of CDG the following morning. Checked in around noon and a room was ready for us. The RER train station is right next to the hotel and so we were able to duck into Paris one more time and take in the Musee d'Orsay, which had been closed when we were there two weeks ago due to flooding. Upon arrival at the hotel I had a rental car to turn in and the hotel shuttle driver followed me to the Europecar drop off area at the terminal and brought me back to the hotel. He was concerned that I wouldn't find his regular pick up point. That is service! Our room was large and comfortable and breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again if flying in or out of Paris and circumstances called for it.

Beware if you need Internet access

Posted 29-May-2016
You'll have to pay $25/day for an Internet access which is the worst I ever tried to use. Connection is difficult to establish with a PC and unstable (PC, phone or tablet). Free internet in the lobby is also unstable. I lost 90 minutes trying to do some urgent work and had to postpone it for the next day when I am home. Woilud recommend this hotel for its closeness to the airport but do not intend to be able to wok over the internet.

Convenient Hotel but just about

Posted 27-May-2016
Pros: Very close to CDG provided you did not wait 30 minutes for the shuttle. Beautiful architecture & nice view of airport. Great gym facilities.
Cons: 4 star hotel with 2 star service! A very rude maitre d'hôtel at breakfast (Anthony) does not make the cut!
Location: Very close to CDG. Close to metro lines and shops.
Stayed to separate nights at this convenient and classy hotel with all the material amenities required for an airport hotel. The only lowlight was the staff but I guess this is a typical picture of France where workers painstakingly toil through a day's labour and customer service is at the bottom of their priorities. A 4 star hotel with a 2 star service package in essence and when a nice and agreeable employee (Amadeh?) appears, they stand out like a sore thumb. Avoid getting there if possible on a Sunday or holiday because the bus shuttle will literally take ages to pick you up.
