It was my family's first stay at The Hilton and I can honestly say my family, friends, and I will never spend a penny with this company. The beds are hard, I tossed and turned all night. The food was overpriced for the tiny portions and it wasn't all that good. Olive Garden has a better mushroom ravioli and paying $14 for one ravioli is upsurd, as well as the $6 water we didn't know we were being charged for and the $6 bottle of Fanta! When we checked in the attendant failed to review our accommodations so we missed the breakfast that we prepaid for. When I informed them, the response was basically "oh well" no attempt at rectifying the matter until we were visibly upset. I couldn't believe a company with their reputation, with their prices, could give unsatisfactory service. We are done with Hilton.
