Dear Sir,We thank you to give us the opportunity to clarify what happened during your stay in our hotel.You have made 3 bookings in total and you stayed from February 15th until 23rd. You wanted to stay longer but it was not possible.The fire alarm has been triggered by you 3 times in 3 different places:1/ Feb 22nd: at 7:45am at the 4th floor (your floor). Your neighbours in room N43 saw you smoking in the corridor just under the fire detection and the fire alarm has been triggered manually also by you.2/ Feb 23rd: at 2:30am (at night), at the door of the hotel. You have triggered yourself the fire alarm. Maybe you have made a confusion with the bell? 3/ Feb 23rd: at 6:00am at the 4th floor again (your floor).24 persons have left the hotel Feb 23rd in the morning and 24 persons have complained about the fire alarm which has woken them up at 2:30 and 6:00 am. Until now, we did not receive any complain from them but they are entitled to do so event if our receptionnist has explained them that one of our guests has intentionnaly triggered the fire alarm. The 1st booking you made for the first 3 nights included the breakfast. The 2nd booking for 1 more night was prepaid but did not include the breakfast. The last booking (Expedia) did not include breakfast and was not prepaid. It has been very difficult to make you pay the last night and you were almost shouting. Finally, and in the confusion, we did not ask you to pay the 2 last breakfasts you have taken in your room.You wanted to stay longer asking for a rate of 100 euros (instead of 150 euros) arguing to the receptionnist that this special rate has been granted to you by the manager...that, at this time, you have never met! You met him when he asked you to show the receipt for the payment of the last night. As it has not been paid, you did not have any receipt to show. Any special rate has been mentionned in this strained atmosphere.At the end, you left the hotel insulting the receptionnist.You understand that your comment is not really matching with the reality and it was essential for us to clarify the context.

Dear Madam,We thank you for your comment about the localisation of our hotel.We are sorry that you did not find our staff friendly. Most of the hotels in Paris do not have restaurant. However, there are so many different restaurants around that it is easy to find one corresponding to the expectations. There is WIFI in the hotel (rooms and public areas) and connection with smartphones or PC is possible and free.Event if there is no minbar in our rooms, drinks are available at the reception.We wish you have enjoyed your stay in Paris anyway and that you have a nice trip back home.

This service is free.We agree that our breakfast room is not large but breakfast can be served in room guest with no charge.Our rooms are respecting the normal parisian size and we do not understand to which "unsual shape" you are refering to.The buildings around are not part of the hotel and, unfortunatelly, we do not have any relation with our neighbours and any influence on their life style. We agree that it is not the view a guest can expect and we are sorry about that.We wish that you have enjoyed your stay in Paris anyway.

Dear Guest, We are sorry for the inconveniences due to the WIFI. We had experienced problems last wednesday but there are now solved. Our staff is enterely able to call a taxi but there is not enough taxis in Paris at the moment in comparison with the large demand. Since the pandemic, there are very few cars and some companies do not exist anymore. The shortage is the same for all hotels in Paris. It makes more sense to invite our guests to take public transports and be on time for appointment than waiting 1 hour to heard that there is no taxi available at all. Dear Sir, We confirm that we still have traditionnal keys which have many advantages: it is easy for us to know in our guests are in or out in case of fire, our clients must come to the reception to give or take or key which allow us to see and identify them. You can be sure that nobody, except our guests, can go upstairs. Finally, we do not use bateries and there is no failure risk. Our rooms and bathrooms have been completely renovated 3 years ago. You have been allocated in room N°43 which is a double room with a view on the street. This room is not depressing and not tiny according to parisian standards. We have transmitted your complain to the train company that has make works during the night on the train station close by. We agree with you that it is not acceptable at all and we have complained too. The receptionist managed to move you to another room on the courtyard, room N°16. The room is quiet but with less light. We are sorry to read that you have a problem with the shower. We could have dealt with this malfunction and repaired it if you have told us. We have informed now our technician. You have made your booking on room only basis and you have taken your breakfast the last day. We are sorry that it was not corresponding to your expectations in term of food and staff.

Dear Guest, Parking is a very sensible item in Paris and, especially, in our area. It is quite difficult to indicate a parking close by because we have realized that parking managers are changing their prices very often without advising us. The rules of the partnership we had formerly are not the same anymore also, and they did not advise us neither. You understand how relectant we are to indicate a parking without having accurate information about prices, availability and operating. We are sorry about this inconvenience and we are pleased to read that you have appreciated the localisation.
