As explained in the room directory in your room, tea coffee facilities are available on request at the desk.We confirm that we have milk but it is true that we do not have single use UHT milk dose. The receptionists who gave you the tray this the tea facilities have hesitated to give you a milk pot because they wonder about its preservation. In France, we can not find the very convenient milk dose available in England. However, we will make further investigations.The hotel rate you indicate does not seem so exagerated according to the period (September is a very high season) and the area. .We understand that you have been disappointed and we are sorry. If you had mentioned it, we could have move you to another room and check the problem.We have planned to renovate our hotel at the beginning of 2024 and we know that more plugs are necessary for the increasing number of electronic devices.However, we would like to point out some details about our cold buffet breakfast.Not only there are fruits, bread (several sorts) and cereals (3 sorts) available at our breakfast but our guests can chose bakeries, ham, chicken, cheeses (4 kinds), yogurts (4 sorts), stewed fruits and fruits' salad. Gluten free bread is also available. Tea, coffee, jam, honey, chocolate are displayed also. We are sorry not to have matched with your expectations and we wish you have enjoyed your stay in Paris anyway.

We hardly understand why having traditional key instead of electronic card is a problem as you can have your key given by a receptionist all day and night long.Kettles are available at the reception, on request, with tea or coffee as it is mentioned in the room directory.We wish you have enjoyed your stay anyway in Paris.
