This apartment, just renovated with beautiful materials, is located on the ground floor of a charming Parisian building. It is fully furnished and equipped, and features a large living room with open kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment's location means you'll be able to get around France's capital quickly and easily by public transport: Metro: Saint-François-Xavier (line 13), Invalides (line 8) and Concorde (line 1) stations. Wirklich angenehmer, rücksichtsvoller und schnell reagierender Gastgeber! Äußerst kommunikativ und umgänglich. Es gab einige beschädigte Gegenstände im Airbnb (Deckel des Mülleimers, Griff der Dusche, Fensterriss), aber sie stellten keine dringenden Probleme dar. Das einzige, was uns überraschte, war, dass dieses Airbnb direkt an der Straße lag und der Eingang zur Hauptstraße führte, wo viele Leute vorbeikamen und uns beim Eintreten zusehen konnten, was aus Sicherheitsgründen etwas beunruhigend war. Die Nachbarschaft ist jedoch ziemlich friedlich, sodass wir dort keine Probleme hatten! Im Allgemeinen eine wirklich gute Wahl, ausgezeichnete Lage, in der Nähe des Eiffelturms und fantastischer Restaurants/Cafés.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem AirBnB. Es ist ein ausgezeichneter Ort für eine kleine Gruppe von 2-3 Personen. Wir schätzten die Flexibilität, jederzeit einchecken zu können, besonders da unser Flug Verspätung hatte. Wir kamen spät in Paris an und hatten aufgrund der Dunkelheit zunächst Schwierigkeiten, das AirBnB zu finden, aber nachdem wir einen Blick auf die Anweisungen zum Einchecken geworfen hatten, konnten wir es finden und schnell hinein. Die Anweisungen waren unkompliziert und die Nachbarschaft fühlte sich sicher an. Die Lage ist fantastisch – nur 20 Gehminuten vom Eiffelturm entfernt, mit mehreren Restaurants, die bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet haben, innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das Warmwasser aufgebraucht war, bis die dritte Person geduscht hatte. Wir empfehlen daher, das Duschen zeitlich zu verteilen oder diejenigen, denen eine kalte Dusche nichts ausmacht, zuletzt gehen zu lassen, wenn Sie mit mehr als zwei Gästen sind. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und machte ausgezeichnete Vorschläge, als wir nach lokalen Restaurants fragten. Wir würden bei einer zukünftigen Reise nach Paris jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

Fantastische Unterkunft für eine Reise nach Paris. Das Anwesen entspricht genau den Bildern, es ist makellos, neu und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, sodass wir alle gewünschten Ziele problemlos zu Fuß erreichen konnten, Eiffelturm, Louvre, Champs Elise und mehr, alles innerhalb von 25 Gehminuten. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass einige Parks wegen der Olympischen Spiele geschlossen waren, was bestimmte Ausblicke versperrte. Wir würden diese Suite bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.

Im Allgemeinen war unser Aufenthalt recht angenehm. Er ist besonders vorteilhaft für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder für diejenigen, die Treppen vermeiden möchten. Vorteile: * fantastische Lage: zugänglich und zu Fuß erreichbar, aber dennoch überraschend ruhig und gemütlich * der/die Gastgeber waren sehr entgegenkommend und haben effektiv kommuniziert * die Einheit ist modern und ordentlich * das Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos. Nachteile: * die Einheit befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, was zu leichter Ameisenaktivität rund um das Badezimmer führte * bei unserer Ankunft war das Fenster gesprungen, was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht beeinträchtigte und der/die Gastgeber haben unsere Bedenken zur Kenntnis genommen
