Property Details: This 20-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The elegant living area is furnished with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, small refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. This property does not have a clothes washer, but there is a laundromat closeby. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is courtyard facing and furnished with a double bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. The Third Arrondissement of Paris is also home to the Musee du Carnavalet, the Pompidou Center (Museum of Modern Art), Hotel de Ville and the Place des Vosges. The space was just right for two people, clean and well-organized, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth with the help of the key collection service, and the location couldn’t be better—close to great restaurants, metro stations, and major sights. The apartment was warm during the chilly evenings, and having a kitchen island made it easy to prepare quick meals. Overall, a great spot for the price—I’d definitely recommend it! ##### Monday C. Stayed 1 night in Apr 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Dane 17 Nov 2025 Liked: Cleanliness Disliked: Amenities, communication Without a doubt this was the worst experience I have encountered anywhere and I have stayed at hundreds of apartments in Paris and elsewhere. First problem, one has to retrieve the key from a location far from the apartment at least 10 to 15 mins in a car. If one is taking an Uber or Bolt from the airport or train station it is not easy to make this stop on the way and a major hassle if you leave your luggage inside the main entrance while you walk ((a long walk!) or take a taxi (additional expense round trip)! There is no lift and if you have luggage, then difficult climb on curving stairs to third floor. Of course no help a available! There were no instructions on heating the apartment and despite three very cold nights, the agent could not identify a solution until an Assistant finally visited the apartment and uncovered a radiator behind double drapes (curtains) and blocked entirely by the back flat of the dining table! Impossible to speak directly with Agent who insisted that all communication be by email! Finally the hot water in the shower lasts a maximum of 3 (three) minutes! And a final insult, no toilet paper in the bathroom which I have never experienced! What are they thinking? I was told to purchase outside and I would be reimbursed. I did not come to Paris to buy toilet paper! I requested at least a partial refund which was denied. Never again!
