Property Details: This 36-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, refrigerator, drip coffee machine, oven, stove, microwave. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is interior courtyard facing with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has a full en-suite bathroom with shower/bath, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. Both the Pompidou Center and the Louvre Museum are within walking distance to the flat. The beautiful Palais Royal and its secret gardens are also close by. With its close proximity to the Metro station Metro Réaumur-Sébastopol (Lines 3&4) , accessing other areas of Paris is very easy. Just hop on the train to reach Opera, the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Les Halles Station is a 5 minutes’ walk as well, giving you a quick link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports from central Paris. L’emplacement est fantastique – entre le Marais branché et le quartier animé des Halles. Nous étions à quelques minutes à pied du Centre Pompidou, de la rue Montorgueil et même de la Seine. Il y a plein de bonnes boulangeries, cafés et friperies dans le coin – on a adoré prendre des viennoiseries chez Boulangerie Utopie et flâner au Marché des Enfants Rouges dans le Marais.
