Bei unserer Ankunft bemerkten wir einen starken, muffigen Geruch. Als wir den Kühlschrank öffneten, fiel die Tür des kleinen Gefrierfachs ab! Das Zimmer ist sehr dunkel, da die Haustür der einzige Zugang nach draußen ist! Wir ließen sie offen, um zu lüften, und aßen daher auch bei offener Tür zu Abend, um den Geruch loszuwerden. Das Badezimmer ist unhygienisch (es riecht nach Abwasser in der Dusche, die Abwasserrohre des Nachbarn über uns sind und es tropft merkwürdig, wenn er oben Wasser benutzt). Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf einer Galerie, aber die Deckenhöhe ist extrem niedrig; man kann nicht aufrecht stehen, vielleicht 1,30 oder 1,40 Meter! Die Matratze liegt direkt auf dem Boden ohne Lattenrost, die Vorhänge sind fleckig und der Boden ist beschädigt und fleckig. Der Toaster war kaputt (wurde aber am nächsten Tag vom Concierge ersetzt), und das Besteck und die Teller waren schmutzig. Wir mussten das Geschirr vor der Benutzung abwaschen. Wir hatten mehrmals Kontakt mit dem Concierge, der sehr hilfsbereit war. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, es gibt einen großen Fernseher und mehrere Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Direkt nebenan liegt die große François-Mitterrand-Bibliothek. Wir sind von der Qualität dieser Wohnung sehr enttäuscht und hoffen, dass vor der Ankunft neuer Gäste Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Vor dem Haus und im Hauseingang Sperrmüll. Für ein paar Übernachtungen gerade noch akzeptabel, aber den Preis nicht wert.
