An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is interior courtyard facing with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. Les Invalides is also nearby, hosting one of the best history museums in the city, as well as the Rodin Museum. The River Seine is also within walking distance and you can go to the Champs Elysees or Palais du Tokyo easily on foot. The Latin Quarter is a short metro ride away with sights such as La Sorbonne and the newly refurbished Pantheon. Le Marais district is also easily accessible for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest. The kitchen was useful, but it would have been nice to have instructions on which coffee pods to buy. We got the wrong ones, so this is a useful tip to take a photo of the coffee maker so you can get the right ones at the store. Local market has these. All windows face the inner courtyard so no view but it was mostly very quiet. The bed & bedding are great, there’s plentiful hot water and the internet is fast. Nearby it’s possible to buy superior ready-made meals. Cons: the apartment is not equipped as advertised. Only one saucepan worked on the induction cooktop. Maar de keukenvoorzieningen zijn mager: slechts 1 pan om mee te koken en een niet functionerend koffieapparaat zijn minpunten. We hebben ook enige moeite moeten doen om de borg terug te krijgen. ##### André B. Tolles Apartment für unsere Familie. Wir haben es geliebt! Die Lage ist perfekt, die Wohnung ist wunderschön und der Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und wirklich alles war großartig!Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Wasserkocher, vielen Tellern, Weingläsern und allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Der Check-in erfolgt kontaktlos, aber die Anweisungen sind sehr detailliert und verständlich. Außerdem wurde die Kaution schnell zurückerstattet, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. ##### Severin W.
