So expensive, so disappointing. ZERO amenities

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at Boutique Hotel Konfidential.
This hotel is completely misrepresented on Hotels.com and is listed as a four star hotel. This hotel has ZERO amenities. No hotel bar, no room service, no restaurant. There is a door man that opens the automatic doors each time you enter, but they aren't there half the time. Additionally, the hotel's site lists that breakfast is included, but they try to charge you for it when you arrive, saying that it is only on their sites. Makes no sense, and is simply bad business. There were also pictures of a hotel restaurant and bar on the site which have been taken down.
We booked this hotel based on the incredible photos on the site. The rooms ARE nice, but just regular rooms with a painting in them. This is less like a hotel and more like an AIR BB with no kitchen.
The location of the hotel is however spectacular close to all restaurants. For the price of the hotel, you would expect the "included" breakfast to be included and also some bare bones amenities. I would happily stay at this hotel for 150 dollars but 300 is completely insane. Do you know the hotels in Paris that you could stay in for that!!
The staff also seemed put out to offer any service or recommendations such as ordering a taxi. This seems to be someone's hobby more than a functional hotel, and utterly misrepresented on the site.

First of all, thank you for having taken time to leave us your opinion on the hotel.
No, we don't have restaurant, sorry for that but it is not mentionned in any site that we have one. We don"t have a "real" bar but you could sit at the reception or outside in the terasse to drink something.
As this is a little hotel, only one personn is here to welcome you and she can't be all the time just front of the doors. You have a bell to warn you are here. Sometimes we close the doors for security if we have works down stairs or in the backoffice.
In any site it is mentionned that breakfast is included. It is "available" but not "included". If you order it, we directly serve it in your room, at any time of the day, without limitation.
Also, if you ask for something, staff is here for you as order a taxi or take a reservation in a restaurant.
We are sorry if when you were there, everything was not as well past.
Nevertheless, we hope that you keep a good memory of your stay in Paris and will be happy to receive you again during your next stay.
