Ok for a 3 star hotel. Fantastic location.
Area isn’t the best but in terms of location it is meters away from a metro station (line 4) and a short walk (up hill and stairs) to Montmarte which passes several other metro stations on the way. For a three star hotel it fits the description. Comfortable beds but only one pillow and rooms are very small (one person can walk about the bed at one time). Bathroom is also very small (again one person max at a time) and the shower did seem to leak. Probably slightly overpriced but for Paris it was the best we could find on a budget. Would recommend but probably would not stay again. Staff were friendly on check in and out, and they were happy to keep our luggage after checking out. Breakfast was €17 per person. We didn’t have breakfast there but when walking through it didn’t look like there was much value for money. However many bakeries in the area to grab breakfast.

The hotel surrounding or the location is not good but ok. Inside hotel it's not spacious but it's clean and service was excellent. I loved their breakfast, best breakfast I ever had, it was so fresh. Stayed only for a night but loved it. I would not recommend it for family with kids as not very spacious.

Far Better Than Expected!
A better property than previous reviews had given the impression of. Clean and comfortable with very pleasant service. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at this grade of hotel in Paris and the kitchen staff were really welcoming, keeping all the dishes topped up BEFORE they ran out. Decent coffee and patisserie really does say a lot about the hotel!

The rooms weren’t ready in time, noisy people from the staff in the morning, I asked for a bill with a special address and I am still waiting for it.. the person at the reception promised me to do the same day.. really disappointed by this stay.

Nice hotel, so-so neighborhood
The hotel was very nice and the time looked newly renovated. The amenities were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood wasn't terrible, but I was a bit worried about coming home late at night so we had to come home early every night. The room was also small, but it was fine for the price. It was also very comfortable and clean.

Very convenient location that is extremely close to a metro line which takes you to the centre. Gare du Nord only a few stops away on this line. The rooms are small, but are very well equipped. Our stay was very comfortable.

The hotel has a very modern design to it and is very welcoming. Although the rooms aren't very big, they are very tidy and well looked after. The staff at the reception desk are exceptionally kind and helpful. Hotel is located very close to the metro station.

The hotel was very nice with very friendly staff. Mostly everything in Europe is smaller than almost anything in America so you cannot expect to find huge hotel rooms with huge bathrooms etc ... This hotel room was small with a small bathroom but it was comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. The hotel is convinenetly located in between two metro stations , multiple restaurants, and pastry shops. A good tip while you’re in Paris and taking the metro , you can purchase multiple tickets at once and have them come out cheaper than buying one at a time. Also if you have Eurail tickets like we did , you can get them validated at any of the main train stations in SNFC booths. (Gare de Nord station etc ...) If your expeditions and standards are very high , do not stay here because all you will do is complain.

Ghetto-like area, small rooms & terrible design
- The area is very very far from the important attractions, contrary to what the description stays - The area is ghetto-like with noisy markets on the street and garbage everywhere - Infront of the hotel there is coffee shop / hookah lounge / restaurant that opens late and stays open until early morning, expect a lot of noise at sleep time - At the time of our stay, the A/C was not working and temperature was 30 C, the reception guy couldn't do anything to help except - no kidding - giving us a bucket of ice to put in the room - I spoke with a manager the next day and they agreed to refund our stay, that was the only thing good and I'm grateful and appreciate they did that

Dear Guest, We are sorry that you didn't enjoyed your stay with us; but please let us explain you that it's not true that there were not air conditioning; simply as in all hotel in the world, we can't change from hot air to cold air by ourself and if for few days we have 20° (we would like to have 30° in Paris!), we can't just switch from one mode to another. Concerning the area, as we always say it's a popular area, but it doesn't mean that it's not safe. Moreover, you can arrive to Notre-Dame or Louvre, that are the hearth of the city, by one line pf metro and in 20 minutes... Best regards,

Everything is good. Room is clean, staff are nice. Location is good. It is close to a subway entrance. Only thing we would mention that we wish it is better is the shower area is too small. Also the elevator can only hold 2 normal size people at a time.

Great gem
Nice out of the way place to stay...3 min walk from train station. At first glance not the best looking neighborhood but no one bothered us. Very nice staff and clean room. Breakfast is not free be careful
