I was very disappointed in the room. The square footage seemed way smaller than what was on this site. It may have included a hallway that was unusable space. We were initially charged extra to ensure having a balcony but it overlooked major construction and noise. I will say that the manager did refund this fee and was very helpful with that.

Had a lovely stay there was building works outside so people are aware, but they do not work on bank holidays or weekends so had no impact on our stay. Loved the location, room was super clean and staff were lovely.

This is a very charming hotel! It is perfectly located as well—we walked to L’Arc de Triomphe as well as to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were excellent at every level. During our stay the breakfast room was being renovated, so breakfast (which was amazing) was delivered to our room. Do be aware that the basket and fridge items are a paid mini bar— my teen was not and that added a bit to our bill.

First of all this charming boutique hotel is nestled in the safe neighborhood of the 8th Arrondissement. It’s conveniently located near restaurants, shops, Starbucks, pastry shop next door, and just down the road from the Metro & Champs-Elysees. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet with a French balcony window along with the amenities that we needed daily. There was a separate bathroom with a multi shower head tub/shower combo. The room includes, a relatively comfortable queen size bed with down comforter. 2 hair dryers, bathrobes, a fan, central air, a desk, a closet with hangers and shelves with a laptop safe, minibar, electric tea pot, iron & ironing board and more. There is a cafe on premises for breakfast. The staff at the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to our needs. They do speak English and can help with reservations, directions or other questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Efficient check in staff who were polite and knowledgeable. Lovely continental breakfast. Waiting staff were friendly and went the extra mile, especially Amit. Room a little on the small side, but to be expected for such an excellent central location.

Good area, that’s about it.
Nice atmosphere. However, “soundproofed” rooms is a straight up lie. The electronics in my room had bent power plugs, so they wouldn’t work. Also for the high price, breakfast wasn’t included. But great area.

One thing I like about this hotel is the location, nice, and reasonable price. The hotel is off from the busy Champ Élysée 8 mins walks and 12 mins to Seines river so it is quiet. It is closed to most everything including Starbucks.

The property was very clean, my room was very clean and comfortable. When I arrived I was tired and the staff did everything they could to get me room ready for me before check in time. They were amazing thank you!!

Very well run hotel with attentive service, boutique hotel with good amenities "though a small bird, all organs are extremely upbeat", love it! Slightly off the track from the huge metro network the only extra I would wish for. Will return.

Disappointing service but good location
Looked better on the photos than in real life. I specifically booked an executive double with terrace. When I got there I was put in a tiny room with no terrace. I had to ask for a room change. They said they only have a smaller room with terrace and they WONT refund me the difference in charges of the room rate as the one I booked was more expensive. This is disgusting. The guy with the ponytail was so rude!!! Next day he didn’t even say hi to me. As if it’s my fault that they overbooked the hotel and the room I chose was already sold to other customer? What the hell? Very disappointing experience. At least I had a nice view, and the location was very convenient. What I also like it was soundproof so I had a great night sleep. Oh and don’t expect these people to help with your luggage. The cleaning lady did help me though! It’s not her job!! Talking on cleaning: the bathroom was dirty when I arrived. The bathtub. Other than that overall it was clean. I wouldn’t book again that’s for sure. I’m also disappointed with hotels.com because they shouldn’t sell me a room that is not available.

Overall the property was good. They made me pay city tax although I showed them several times that the price included taxes and fees. They kept telling me that expedia were the ones charging the taxes. During checkout the reception called a million times while we were closing our bags and it was extremely frustrating
