Relax in this unique and quiet townhouse in Paris. Our house is located in a green courtyard behind a beautiful industrial landmarked building. It boasts a private outdoor terrace on the ground floor as well as a terrace adjacent to the bedroom upstairs.   
The house has one bedroom, an open work area, lots of storage, a living room, eating area and open kitchen, plus a bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink downstairs, and a second toilet with sink upstairs next to the bedroom.
