We stayed for few days while visiting Disneyland. The hotel was simple and clean. Nice aerea and the shuttle to Disneyland was very quick, les than 5 min. Breakfast was nice in spite of all the bad reviews that I read on internet. I quite enjoy the place. Super convenient and cheap. Super breakfast… Italian style. I noticed that they don’t allow bags at breakfast which I totally agree. We had dinner on the first night there, not too much choice but good as an emergency 😉.

The property is good, but our main problem was the smokers. People just smokes by the entrance and the garden area. It was suffocating and not a pleasant experience. There should be a designated area for smokers and for staff to make sure it is being followed.

Hotel room was a nice size and good view from window. Air con did not work but didn’t ask about this as only stayed for one night. Staff were very helpful, only negative was no kettle etc in room. TV offered sport which made a nice change, thanks.

For the price we paid for it, this hotel was absolutely fine. Used as a base for Disneyland (like most people!) and was extremely busy when we were there which meant the shuttle buses were absolutely rammed but it was only around €12 for an Uber so used this option a few times. Breakfast was very busy but plenty of good and good quality. Ate dinner one night at hotel, which was ok but wouldn’t really recommend. Room for five was fine - cramped but clean enough. Could do with more pillows and a kettle would be nice.

We stayed here for 2 nights while we visited Disneyland. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room had everything we needed and was clean. Shuttle bus every Day 10/20 mins to the park. Breakfast was lovely and included. We were really happy with everything and would deffo go there again.

This is a great property in the Disneyland area, close to the train station if you need to go to the city and the shuttle is always available. They have a restaurant onsite and the included buffet breakfast is really good. The room rate is convenient. We would definitely consider staying here again if we go to Disneyland.

Room was very basic and extra small. Breakfast was decent but they dont allow you to carry your bag, apparently for "your own safety"... Diner options really bad and basic, pizza or nuggets and both were bad. There is no name at the entrance of the hotel so a bit confusing...

Room was great, clean and comfy with plenty space. Dinner was ok, breakfast was heaving so we ended up not eating there and just headed to the parks. We had to pay for parking on exit which was €25 which we hadn’t expected/been told about - we just were told (on check in) that the ticket would let us out. Not sure if we missed a validation point etc but would have been nice to know.

The room i was in had a few problems, the wall had some matks from something, the sheets i had looked they had blood dryed and when room service had come around they had not been changed just the bed made. The window in my room dropped out the frame slightly when i tried to open it. Honesty if i go to disneyland again i will not be staying there

A nice hotel situated just outside of Disneyland that has plenty of parking albeit at 15euros per 24hrs but it’s still cheaper than parking at the park plus there are 2 shuttle busses one being a bendy bus so room is plenty unless you have buggies. It was a slow check in but staff have many forms to do on their systems but all is good. The room was nice but with a couple of grips like there’s no tea making facilities in the room and the window opens fully and without no restraint so be careful that your children are safe near it. And the bath is tiny and the shower isn’t high enough in my opinion but apart from that it was clean and well maintained.

Very convenient for Disneyland Paris. No Luggahe storage except paid lockers. No safes in the room. No kettles in the room. OK for one night. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was good but no hot items.

Great budget hotel only 10mins from disney and plenty of shuttle buses provided. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Continental breakfast included which was lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Overall very good
Pros - Very Convenient for Disneyland. Very clean and tidy and a lot of effort put in to decorate with Christmas trimmings. Overall very good with no real complaints. To make things better these are my improvement considerations as I’ve stayed at this hotel on over 5 occasions in the last 18 months. 1. Only 1 small pillow each provided, 2 would be much better. 2. Parking used to be free but now it’s €15 per day. I understand the need to barrier control with a fee as I’m sure it’s been abused by people parking in the car park and then using the shuttle bus for free. However I think if you’re a hotel guest you should get your parking for free as you pay a premium to stay there. Luckily for us the barrier was broken and therefore parking was free. 3. Checking in is always shambolic. There’s never more than 2 staff working on checking in and the queue is always out of the door. Self check in computers would work a treat as you only get a code to access your room and I’m sure if anyone has any extra queries they can wait at the desk but all the basic info could be given on self check in.

Although this property was lovely looking. We found our rooms to be very dusty. All of us were coughing all week. There were big dust clumps all over the bed after walking on the floor. You can not bring in food to eat in the main bar area, you have to sit in the tiny vending machine room. Not great when you have small kids. Breakfast was lovely albeit very busy.

Very very basic hotel at not a very basic price. We were in the basement which they said was ground floor. Looked like a run down youth hostel. Mattresses wafer thin. Breakfast very poo. Coffee was unrecognisable as coffee. Apple juice looked like discoloured water. Staff were rude and abrupt. Didn’t complain as no point. Won’t stay again.

A decent base for Disney. The rooms are just the beds and bathroom, with very little room for much else. No tea/coffee making facilities, as other reviews have said, so we came prepared with our own. No fridge available either. The room was warm, despite the 11/12 degree temperature outside. There is no air conditioning in the hotel so can only imagine how horrible that would be in the summer. We had to sleep with the window wide open as four bodies in one room soon saw temperatures rising. The bed was incredibly firm yet the pillow ridiculously soft and providing no support at all but i was able to get another one from reception which made it slighly better when doubling up. The breakfast was decent with a good range of baked goods, yoghurts, cereals and fruit juices. Coffee surprisingly good. More hot options would have made a huge difference. Dinner options are poor with limited ranges of pizza and pasta at quite hefty prices. The shuttle bus is a nightmare, particularly when coming back from the parks. The bus could often be seen waiting over the road until there was a substantial amount of people waiting at the stop. Once it pulls up, its very much a free for all to get on. All in all, it was ok but could be easily improved with additional amenities in the room, air conditioning (maybe not so easy), hot food options at breakfast and a rethink of the shuttle service.

Hotel is in close proximity to train station for Disneyland Paris. Bus transportation to hotel is right outside the station, however the bus station for the partner/good neighbor hotels is NOT marked at all so upon arrival was difficult to get to the hotel. It is bus stop Q. Hotel was clean, room was spacious, didn’t have hot water for one day but that’s ok. Quick check in service, snack bar and park transportation.

Great base to explore Disneyland Paris. Convenient shuttle bus with regular trips. Clean rooms able to accommodate the whole family. Decent breakfast to set you up for the day ahead.
