Bienvenue dans notre charmant appartement de 40m² situé a Malakoff porte de vanves au rez de chausser, un havre de confort et de commodité pour votre séjour. Découvrez un espace moderne qui répond à tous vos besoins et bien plus encore.  
  
Notre appartement comprend deux chambres spacieuses, chacune équipée d'un lit queen size, garantissant des nuits de sommeil réparatrices pour vous et vos compagnons de voyage. De plus, un canapé-lit confortable est prêt à accueillir des invités supplémentaires.

#### Good neighborhood

We really enjoyed the neighborhood—it gave us an authentic taste of life in France. The apartment was generally good and met our basic needs. However, a few things could use attention: the toilet was a bit loose, some of the kitchen appliances are quite dated, and the windows/floor were dirty. Since there’s no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, so cleanliness was more noticeable. Overall, a charming place with room for a few improvements.
