You told our staff that you were used to Novotel or Mercure, we may not be this range but we are definitly not a youth hostel. We are saddened to hear that you were disappointed with your stay since you only complain about the fact that we do not have A/C. Dear Mrs Rucker, We thank you to take the time to give feedback after your stay at our hotel. Although we are quiet surprise of this negative comments. The wifi connection is high ( fiber ) and we did not get any bad return about a slow connection, if you wanted a very high connection you could have pay for a premium access. About your check in, we did get any message from you asking for 2 separate beds, studios are all double bed that is why my colleague went up to check if a cleaning needed to be done to separate the beds. You probably misunderstood her attitude which is quiet and respectful. If you needed to wash your clothes why didn’t you ask at the check in ? There is also some display on the elevator showing where the laundry room is. You also did not ask about cleaning modality, a big display at the front check desk explain that cleaning is weekly. One more time we are surprise you did not come to the front desk or even call to report about lights and heater, a technician would have come and fix it the same day. Lights from the hallway are working. At front desk we would have given you new toilet papers and towels, we were here every day from 7 am to 9 pm. We think the real subject of your dissatisfaction is the fact we did not refund you the first night you could not honor, however, the sale condition you choose clearly says that the reservation is not refundable. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Sincerely, IZIA
