Au premier étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur, cet appartement d'exception de 125m² se situe au cœur d'une belle cour calme.  
  
Conçu et décoré par les architectes de The Lander, chaque espace de cette luxueuse propriété a été soigneusement décoré avec élégance et raffinement pour créer une atmosphère luxueuse et confortable pour six personnes à la recherche d'un séjour haut de gamme.  
  
L'appartement s'ouvre sur une grande pièce de vie lumineuse. Cet espace se compose également d'un beau salon, équipé d'un canapé-lit aux courbes contemporaines et d'une télévision connectée. Il dispose aussi d'un coin salle à manger, avec sa belle table idéale pour six personnes.   
  
La cuisine ouverte est fonctionnelle et toute équipée composée de matières nobles tout comme le reste de l'appartement.   
  
Notez que, du sol au plafond, cet appartement est orné de matériaux de qualité et intemporels, avec notamment le parquet Versailles, le marbre, ou encore les diverses moulures sur les murs, typiques des appartements Haussmanniens.   
  
La première chambre, possède un lit King-size, de nombreux rangements et une télévision connectée. La salle de bain située juste en face se compose d'une belle douche à l'italienne et d'un WC.
