I wish I had stayed longer to enjoy more of the spa, the village is hard to get to, and very small but the hotel makes up for that. The night we stayed there was a lightning storm and the hotel came to collect us from the local pizza restaurant which was so kind! A lovely places with lovely staff, cannot recommend highly enough! "Our stay was for 3 solo motorcycle riders. We arrived (1hr late!) during a thunder storm - soaking wet and misrrable. On arrival, the owner was there to point us to the underground car park. Perfect for unloading a bike in the rain. There's even a shortcut to the hotel. The rooms were small but had everything you need for an o ernight stay. "Great Staff; friendly and efficient. Great Breakfast with a tasty selection of Italian cold cuts and pastry, freshly made scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, etc. Great coffee machine. Only drawback while the facilities are very nice and well maintained, there isn't much going on outside within walking distance. You need a car to get to shopping and restaurants. The Hotel / Residence doesn't offer any dining facilities. The rooms however are equipped with Microwave and Refrigerator. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at La Sosta. You can tell Ezio and Angela truly care about hospitality. Their hearts are in this place and you can see it. The property is absolutely stunning, rooms are no fuss exactly what you need and the restaurant on site is absolutely charming and delicious. Location was perfect for us as it was close to the activities (wedding ) and close enough to Lecco for shopping, ferries etc. We did have a car and it was perfect to come and go during our trip. Would absolutely stay again!! "
"Very nice hotel in beautiful mountain village. Tortuous narrow and bendy road for about 20 km to hotel that took approx 1 hour to traverse.
Spacious room with comfortable bed. Beautiful breakfast with lots of choice- cold options only. Staff friendly and efficient.
Only minus was no air conditioning in the room.
