Tudo está em ótima condições e funcionando. Todos os cômodos possuem ventiladores, o que é essencial em Paraty. A piscina e a churrasqueira ajudam muito naquele dia em que você só quer chegar da praia e relaxar. A Eliane nos recebeu muito bem, explicou tudo sobre a casa, comércio e como chegar aos blocos de carnaval. Muito atenciosa ainda nos procurou durante a estadia para saber se estava tudo ok. Tudo me surpreendeu positivamente nesta reserva, já indiquei a amigos e garanto a todos que não existe possibilidade de arrependimento ao alugar esse imóvel, seja pela casa, seja pela atenção da proprietária! ##### Daniel S. Estávamos em um grupo de amigos e tivemos uma ótima estada em Paraty de modo geral, sendo que acasa cumpriu seu papel secundário. Na chegada, demoramos um pouco para encontrar o imóvel pois o condomínio é um pouco confuso (são várias ruas e vários prédios pertencentes ao mesmo) e há 2 números em cada casa. Ao entrarmos na casa, recebemos aquilo que foi prometido e que já esperávamos por conta das fotos: na realidade são 2 quartos fechados e há um espaço no andar de cima todo aberto, onde deverão dormir 4 pessoas para que a lotação de 12 se cumpra. Diria portanto que a casa é recomendável a um grupo que não tenha grandes expectativas em relação à privacidade ou conforto, ou então, que um número de até 8 pessoas torne a estada mais confortável. Durante a estada tivemos um pequeno problema com falta de água durante um dos dias, que foi prontamente resolvido! No geral, tudo certo! Nos divertimos e adoramos a cidade. ##### PEDRO F. Excelente localização, próxima ao centro histórico. Há ventiladores potentes nos quartos e sala. Sugiro a colocação de ar-condicionado, sentimos falta pois Paraty estava chegando aos 35 graus. Acontece que no dia 31 ficamos sem água. Não por problemas no abastecimento da cidade, mas sim, por problemas da própria casa, pois a água chegava nas bicas do quintal mas nao chegava na caixa por problemas na bóia. Resumindo, fizemos a ceia buscando água na bica do quintal, lavamos a louca com água retirada da piscina, tivemos que ferver água para dar banho na neném, pois a água que saia da bica era amarela e cheia de terra. Ou seja, fui viajar e passei 1 dia carregando balde para necessidades da casa. . Havia sido combinado que a piscina seria limpa uma vez no período alugado, porém, a mesma somente foi limpa na parte da tarde do dia anterior a nossa partida. Recebemos um rapaz que foi resolver o problema da água. Puro incomodo, pois o mesmo teve que ficar andando pela casa para resolver o problema, causando desconforto. as cadeiras da mesa de jantar estavam bambas.
