With 4 swimming pools and a short stroll to 4 beautiful sandy beaches, as well as nearby bars and restaurants, this is an ideal option for families with children, couples, or friends seeking a perfect getaway.  
  
The maisonette is perfect for a family with children, couples or friends. The internal layout is modern and stylish and has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. This includes air conditioning, flat-screen TV, Free High-Speed Wi-Fi, all essentials, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine, an open plan kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and a spacious living room and dining area.

The Air Conditioned living room has sofas, High Speed WiFi Internet, Smart TV and dining area. The living room have patio doors that open to a sunny area with comfortable sofa and a small garden where you can enjoy breakfast on a sunny morning or a meal over a glass of wine.

The Resort encompasses a wealth of magnificent facilities for the whole family just minutes from the beach.  
It encompasses a wealth of magnificent facilities, including a gated child friendly swimming pool area as well as 3 bigger swimming pools, shared only with the resort owners and guests. The pools are also surrounded by a sun terrace for relaxation and a reception. There is also a private parking. You will be just 5-7 minutes walk to four beautiful sandy beaches with crystal blue water and a short drive to many more along the coast of Protaras.  
  
You can easily get around Kapparis on foot or to other tourist areas by the bus route located only 2 minutes away. The 5 beaches of Kapparis are all located 5 to 15 minutes away by foot and the area also has car and bicycle hires as well as inexpensive taxi service. If you have a car, the location is car-friendly and has parking at all beaches and restaurants.

\- We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home, unless agreed upon during the booking process. Please be sure that extra guests leave by 1am. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbours.  
  
\- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.  
\- If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.  
\- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.   
\- Lost keys will incur a 25€ fee per missing key.  
\- No eating of food in either bedroom. Guests will compensate the host for any food/ drink stains in the bedroom.  
\- Gym is NOT included in the price.  
\- Indoor furniture is not to be re-arranged.
