Ideal for groups of up to 4 people looking for relaxation and quiet. There is something for everyone here! This family villa is in a great location, just 2 minutes drive from the center of Protaras and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. You will also find several beautiful sandy beaches in the immediate vicinity and a short drive will take you to Ayia Napa. Entering the house on the ground floor you will find an open-plan living area with a lounge, kitchen, dining area, and toilet. The living room has 2 sofas and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking, from a full-size cooker, crockery, and cooking utensils as well as a dishwasher and washing machine to make your stay more enjoyable. On the top floor of the building you will find 2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning, double beds, large wardrobes, and large windows that let the sunshine in and fill your batteries with energy and vitamin D. Also on the top floor is the main bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.
