Pool was FREEZING.
Pool music was obtrusive. Some people don't want to listen to it!
Biggest problem was encountered when checking out. Waited on the 16th floor for a non full elevator for FORTY FIVE MINUTES! Could not take the stairs. Finally a security guard ushered us to a service elevator.

I was worried when, a couple of days before my trip, I got an email saying you may not be able to drive up to the hotel because it's in a Historic District, but Uber and Chauffeurs could park right in front.
And the Jazz from the Restaurant next door during the day and evening made me feel like I was in a 1950s movie. My hotel stay in Rome was the best part of my vacation.
