Traditional Hotel in the Old Town
An old traditional hotel which needs a few repairs and could do more for the environment such as having refillable shampoo containers instead of single use ones. It is located close the restaurants (6 min walk) and breakfast is provided by the attached café. Some rooms have a street view and others an internal wall but ventilated and it is not possible to choose when booking. No lift. Good value when compared to the hotel next door.

A good stay. It was very cold and the heater could not warm up the room. But staff provided good varm blankets and we were fine.

We was staing only one night.The hotel is in an old building and you not expect much comfort.The location are great.We was bitten in the night by something ,in toilet eria was cockroaches and bedding was not clean.Not recomended.

The property is well situated close to the Old Town and the marina, but unfortunately it is also just beside a music club and during weekends it is too noisy as the window do not provide sound isolation.

Hello . The room you choose was a budget noisy room. You had the choice to have a quiet room with 6 Euro different . Weekends because we are located downtown one side of the rooms it may be noisy.Anyway sorry for the inconvenience.

Metropole hotel give it a visit
This hotel was ideal for us 3 minute walk from the bus stop . When we arrived 1hr early there was a room ready which was allocated to us thank you. The hotel is just a short stroll to the promenade good cafes and restaurants . When headed out from the hotel turning right you came across narrow streets nestled coffee shops clothing stores great place to stay

It’s a no frills hotel in a fun neighborhood for walking. The harbor promenade is steps away. The Food Vibes free breakfast is amazing and so is the staff. The nicest people who will take care of everything you need !

doesn't meet the ecpectation
This hotel doesn't deserve the rating that it has. The bad was very uncomfortable. Quite not clean. No elevator, if you have a bag, you will have to climb up quite stairs. No safe box. Breakast is not included. The keys - you always leave them at the reception. I do understand that this hotel was one of the cheapest options in Limassol. But I've stayed in many hotels in Cyprus. Exactly at the same price range, and i always got so much more than this. Normally, I book places on hotels.com with 8+ guest raiting. But this one doesn't deserve it at all. Nothing really extreme about this place, but somehow the energy and overall aftertaste. I didn't like it. And wouldn't rate it so high.

Hello ,Hotel is full renovated.A single room for 50 Euro you had payed i think iit was very resanable.You knew breakfast was not included the price.Metropole has only one floor.We have not lift because is a listed building.Almost 200 years old.Thank you for staying with us.

A good place to stay in the centre of Limassol
Right in the centre of the Old Town so walk everywhere. Old building but very comfortable and our room was en suite and in a quiet part of the building. Covid meant that a lot of the city was quiet. Free, secure parking very close which is very useful. No lift but easy stairs to the first floor. Would certainly stay again.

No frills hospitality in the centre of old town
This is an older. independent property but right in the heart of the old town and close to the sea. The service is polite, the rooms clean, its can be a noisy location as there is a bar and club next door - but it wasn't an issue mid week.

A basic hotel in the centre of everything. The staff were fantastic, they even warned me about the very loud music from the nightclub next door, unfortunately after I'd booked the hotel.

Location is great. Close to all sights, the promenade, the castle, and the bars and restaurants. Quiet so you can get some sleep. The room is good size, clean, no balcony. Wifi stoped working at some moments, but bounces back quickly. There is a pot for coffee/tea, but no spoon or coffee mugs so you need to drink your coffee/ tea in a water glass. They can store your luggage, which is plus, and they have a restroom with shower by the reception which is great if you are early to check in, or come in from the beach to pick up your luggage late. Overall, is a good place to stay when on a budget.

Great location - smoking may become an issue
The location is excellent - a few blocks from Aya Napa Cathedral. If you take a bus from Larnaca and get off at Old Port, you can walk to the hotel. The front desk personnel are super helpful. They carried the luggage up the stairs, helped figure out why WiFi was not working - cannot say enough good things about them. The breakfast is not buffet. But it is served in a regular cafe by a friendly tattooed couple and is quite good. It is a hot breakfast. The hotel is a traditional Cypriot hotel, housed in an old building in downtown Lemassol. You should expect the plumbing issues that go with such buildings at the hotel. I had requested a non-smoking room. The room (#2) that I was given reeked of cigarette smoke. There was even an ash tray in the room. Cyprus is a smoker's paradise. An ash tray is just an invitation for people of smoke. But I digress. I asked for a different room. I was told that the only other room was an upgrade and I had to pay for the upgrade. Since I was not asking for an upgrade, and the management could not provide me a clean room in the grade I had booked, I felt it was improper for the management to charge me for the upgrade. My advice - visit the room before paying at the front desk.

HOTEL HAS 22 ROOMS.You ask another room because as you said room was smell cigarette.At that time we had not another budget twin room so we up grade you for a better and bigger room with 10 extra Euro.It was your choice.Thank you.

Great Location to Enjoy the Old Town Area
I love Limassol Old Town Area so this hotel was in the perfect location for me. If you have a hire car, then maybe this is not the hotel for you as it is on a side street with limited parking. However if like me you are without a hire car, then all is well.

Good hotel near the Beach
This hotel is accepted for its location near the beach and surrounded by many remarkable restaurants and fast food shops. The hotel facilities is poor and no accelerator. Security is excellent, so no worries for personal peppery and luggage.

Nicely located hotel in old town
If you're looking for a place to stay next to new marina and old town, then you couldn't get a better location. Hotel condition is ok but it's the while combo that makes it a place to stay at: location, staff, "hominess".... only bad thing that peiple could find annoying is the noise from the bar and club underneath... so up to you to decide ))) would stay in it again though. 1 more thing, owner is a fun and helpuf dude....

Great location and better room than expected
In the harbour area, there are not many choices of hotels with reasonable pricing. Due to the locaion reason, I decided to choose the hotel despite the rating which was not good. Apparently, the building, hotel sign, the receiption reminded me of old and poor service hotels, however, the room was much better than expected - clean and wide. The rooms were much better than the hotel appearance from the outside. Tourist areas (Limassol castle, and restaurants/gift shops around the castle) are within the walking distance, and it is very convenient. I believe my decision was correct.

Wasn't that impressed on first sighting, but the lovely staff made up for any slight shortcomings. Great location if you want to be close to the old town and new marina. Convenient frequent bus which runs along the sea front if you wish to head more into the tourist area. Staff particularly the day receptionist couldn't be more helpful. Gent who works Tue-Sat, apologies forgotten his name.

Hotel is a bit old, but a good value for money. I did not mind the noise of the nearby bars, as our room was located on the back. My only problem was with the shower, no matter what I tried, the electric boiler was giving out either too hot or too cold water.

Solid Location Budget Hotel
Excellent location off of the main shopping street. Spacious, clean rooms with free wi-fi. Helpful staff, though English is limited. Can get a little loud at night with the Metropole bar downstairs.

I would really love to leave a good review for this hotel because people working there are genuinely nice and are beyond friendly and helpful. However, the premises do have some disadvantages. The biggest is that it's awfully noisy outside and the noise doesn't stop up until 3-4 am (i am not sure if this is a weekend phenomenon or an everynight thing). So, if you are not a party-goer and like your sleep long and quiet, you'll probably be unhappy. On the bright side, the next morning you will appreciate the central location of the hotel. You can reach most of the places of interest on foot. This is a very basic hotel hence the price. The interior of the hotel is somewhat charming with the vintage craftwork and paintings and a bare wall. The room, however, is very simple but clean. To my disappointment, it appeared to be smoking (to be honest when booking it I never paid attention to this fact). In the end, I was quite uncomfortable with the smell. Another thing that I found quite inconvenient was the only one socket in the room. In the era of devices and gadgets, this is definitely inconvenient. So, to charge a phone I had to unplug the fridge. On the other hand, the hotel can boast some advantages. As I have already mentioned the hotel staff are very friendly and eager to help. The parking is in the immediate proximity and is locked most of the time. The check out hours are quite flexible. At least, the receptionist let us stay almost an hour after the check-out time.

Very very very basic hotel
We stayed for one night on our last day of our vacation in Cyprus and it was a great disappoint.To start with the good things we can mention that 1) the man in the reception was very very nice and tried to help us 2) the hotel has a very good location and 3) there is a private close parking with a gate that is controlled by a remote call to the reception. Apart of that the room was very very basic with a véry old furniture and an old T.V. Very Very uncomfortable beds (I woke up in the morning with back pain).The shower is operated by a fast heating water device for saving energy thus it's very difficult to adjust the temperature of the water and the water flow is very weak.Towels were looking very old. There is no elevator so you need to carry your luggage to the 2nd floor.They are trying to save in the energy use so the hotel is very poorly lightened and the whole atmosphere is very depressing. According to all this description the price we paid was very high compared to what you get -55euro per night without breakfast. We stayed in much more highly standards hotels in the same price or less.To summarize NOT RECOMMENDED!

Warm thanks to the hotel staff for making our time in Cyprus a special time. We spent here 6 nights on a business trip and would love to come back. The hotel is at a perfect location, very close to the sea, shops and the university. The atmosphere of the hotel was great and the hotel has a really special personal vibe, mostly due to the staff being such good people and the hotel building with a special history and decoration. For a 3-star hotel the rooms and facilities were good. We loved our 3-bed-room with a balcony. We enjoyed the rich breakfast and freshly made juices at the hotel cafe where we could eat outside and it was very nice. There's also a cool bar and a nightclub right By the hotel. Our room was on the opposite side, so the noise from the bar didn't reach our room.

Номера в среднем состоянии, балкончик крайне нрязнык, как и мебель на них. Площадь номеров крошечная Самая главная проблемма - душевая, вода течет через проточный водонагреватель тончайшей струйкой, мыться очень неудобно. Носюмера находятся га втором этаже, лифта нет, тащить все нужно по огромной лестнице. Недалеко от отеля стройка, стоит грохот и летит пыль. Рядом с отелем бар или клую, постоянные крики и шум ночью. Из полодиьельных моментов жто: персонал в отеле хороший и приветливый, здание историческое и расположено близко к марине.

Был забронирован бюджетный одноместный номер, при заселении в который выяснилось, что он без окна. Этого не было указано в описании и стало крайне неприятным сюрпризом. К счастью, персонал и хозяин пошли навстречу и на след. день по просьбе переселили в другой номер с окнами (даже без доплат). Также из минусов - отсутствие геля для душа, из туалетных принадлежностей - только маленький кусок мыла и маленький шампунь. Из плюсов: расположение у отеля прекрасное, до набережной - 1 минута, до остальных достопримечательностей легко дойти пешком. Вай-фай прекрасно работал без перебоев. В самом номере есть кондиционер и холодильник.
