    Unfortunately our stay started on the left foot, as there was an active construction site right next to our room that woke us up early and made us leave the room for the day, as the noise was unbearable. We got our room changed, only to encounter a clogged batch sewer, so the room filled up with water. Thanasis and the team were very nice and polite and indeed provided with solutions (specifically for us, we got 2 Spa treatments). Overall we're happy with our staying, breakfast was excellent.

    New years eve at louis ivi mare

    The hotel is brand new and very clean. Its cosy and its facilities are very good. The interna swimming pool was fantastic and Kids enjoyed every minute. The rooms were excellent. Great confort.

    Great except for Half Board room service policy

    Very nice Hotel with friendly and helpful front desk and staff. The only negative was that the steam room was not open but the hot sauna made up for it. Fortunately for me another big negative was avoided as the manager of the main restaurant waived the restriction on half board guests not being permitted to order from the full Dinner menu when desiring to eat in their room rather than having to select from the standard room service menu that is also for the non half board guests or else being forced to have to eat inside the restaurant to be able to eat from the full Dinner menu and for what you have already paid for. I still do not understand why there is this restriction on half board guests who for whatever reason prefer eating in their room but still want to order from the full Dinner menu rather than from the standard room service menu? Other than that it is a great place and I would definitely stay here again.
