We had a great 10 days at Azzurro Luxury Holiday Villas. Although I must agree with other reviews that I wouldn't describe the villas as luxury. However, all of the bedrooms are en-suite, the villa is clean, spacious, comfortable and has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday with the added bonus of the lovely Harry on reception. If you need anything at all Harry is just a few steps away and can help with just about anything. He is a mine of information and will advise on shops, restaurants, places to visit, etc. He even booked us on a great day out on a glass bottom boat to visit the Blue Lagoon and secured the booking for us at an exceptionally good price. We stayed in Villa no 2 and it was fantastic. The pool is lovely, there is shade outside should you need it and the sea views from the balconies are amazing. The only issue is that you will need a car to get around. There is a restaurant in walking distance at the end of the road, fusion@namos, where you will be greeted by the lovely Paul who is an ex-met police officer with some great stories to tell. The food is great but they had quite a limited menu when we were there as they had only just opened, hopefully this will improve as they get busier. I can highly recommend Azzurro, we were sad to leave and hope to return soon.

Our guest service performance index shows that over the last years, we have a great score from guests visiting us and rate our resort from good to excellent. These wonderful comments motivate us and give us the drive to improve further our services. However, they still rated the Azzurro as excellent or very good simply because they saw the bigger picture of our resort and judged their overall holiday experience with a positive holiday spirit. Unfortunately, in your case, our Resort had absolutely no possibility of being able to satisfy you. You booked your three day holiday and arrived on the same day and we were not being informed that you had a booking. Less than 30 minutes, we managed to sort out your villa. I did apologize of the incident that happens, but I could see that you were not happy. You asked me that you wanted a Jacuzzi but I had explained that is a short noticed to arrange it for the three days stay. I had explained we do not offer jacuzzi for three days and it must be 5 days and over. Also we need time to sterilize it from bacteria’s. On the next day my maintainer early morning has arranged the Jacuzzi for you. You had asked Heated but we never used heated Jacuzzi during the summer, because it will be too hot. I did not want to make your holiday unhappy and I did offer you heated and complimentary. Once again we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay at Azzurro villas, and we would be happy to accommodate you again during a future holiday in Paphos. Kind regards Harry

8 wonderful nights in Akamas/ Paphos
Had a great 👍 8 nights at Azzurro Villas. The house is spacious and close to a lot of attractions: 25 min drive from Paphos main area, 10 min drive to Akamas Gorge, 45 min drive to Akamas National Park, and nearby several beaches. Also very close to a big supermarket and several nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Large group visit in early March
We (a group of 33) stayed for five nights at the beginning of March 2018 hiring 8 villas. Prior to this Eleni (the manager) had responded very promptly and efficiently to email enquiries and consequently everything was ready for us on arrival. The location of the villas is excellent; on the edge, but within easy reach of Agios Georgios, and a brief walk/run/cycle ride to the entrance to the beautiful Akamas area. Within 5 minutes walk of the villas are two excelent but contrasting restuarants- Sunset and Namos restuarants. However, several of our group found the facilities in the villas more than conducive to cooking and prefered to eat at home. All our group found the wifi excellent and reliable. We all hired hot-tubes for an additional fee and were suprised to find that the swimming pool water temperature was fine for swimming in early March. We had an excellent stay and any minor problems were dealt with efficiently and effectively. We hope to return next year.

Fabulous Place to Stay, Just not at Christmas
We rented villa 8 (Athena) from Christmas eve 2016 to New Year's day 2017. Our flight was not due to arrive until 8pm at Larnaca and this meant we were likely to rock up at the villa around 11pm on Xmas eve. Tracey the site manager was absolutely fantastic, she arranged for a few bits of shopping for us in advance and there was even a welcome bottle of wine awaiting us on arrival and, as per our request the hot tub was switched on ready for use on Xmas day. The villa facilities were excellent, the pool was sparkling and the whole villa was beautifully clean and well looked after. The only downside to our holiday was that the weather was atrocious with wild storms with thunder and lightning most nights and rain on and off most days, not to mention how cold it was (around 5c at night) - with tiled floors throughout and open plan for the whole downstairs it was very cold even with the split A/C heating on.The bedrooms were even colder and the heating was not working in them. Overall, lovely place but not great for a winter holiday as most of Cyprus closes in the winter and very little was open in the way of restaurants and bars.

Beautiful location, large villa, great pool
I would love to give it a 5. It deserves a 5 but the reality is that it was a little tired and we had lots of wee issues. So it's a 4. The staff tried to sort out all our niggles and were extremely helpful and accommodating! But the biggest problem was the breakfast which we had purchased was such a 'light' continental breakfast that it wasn't worth bothering about. We did have Sunday lunch at Namos however and it was really lovely. but then mysteriously Namos closed and didn't reopen while we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and didn't charge for the sitcom as a good will gesture.

Komfortable Privatvilla mit unbeheiztem Pool ruhig
Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 unten (Badewanne), 2 oben (Dusche / 1x1 Doppelbett, 1x2 Einzelbetten). Die Zimmer oben haben einen gemeinsamen möblierten Balkon. Die Jüche ist sehr gut eingerichtet: Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, für alles auch das geeignete Geschirr und Besteck. Im Garten befindet sich der private, stets unbeheizte Pool, ganzjährig geöffnet. Der Whirlpool war für uns nicht nutzbar - unbedingt mit dem Verwalter vor Ort, Mr. Harry, abklären: Einige Villen haben einen funktionierenden Whirlpool, der separat zu bezahlen ist / Mindestbuchungszeit 5 Tage. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und verkehrsarm. Die Straße "White-River-Road" kennt niemand, auch unser Navi nicht. am besten den Namen einer Nachbarstraße ins Navi eingeben, Rome2Rio kennt die Villa Azzurro (Schreibweise: 2x z und 2xr !) Supermarkt ist 5 Autominuten entfernt, Coral Beach Sandstrand ca 15 Min. Hauspersonal ist hilfsbereit. Im Garten finden sich Orangen, Zitronen, Pomelos - durften wir für uns ernten - lecker. Wichtig: Warmes Wasser entsteht über Solaranlage (aber eben nur bei Sonne) oder durch Vorheizung / 1 Stunde vorher anschalten. Esgibt keinen Timer: Morgens um 8.00 duschen bedeutet um 7.00 aufstehen und Wasser einschalten! Gartenliegen sind in schlechtem Zustand, beschädigt, müssen ausgetauscht werden. Im Bereich vor der Haustür draußen ist kein Licht - Taschenlampe nötig! Alles in allem empfehlenswert, ein neues Haus in einem Gelände mit ca 12 Villen. War schön!

Mooie ruime huisjes met eigen zwembad
De huisjes zijn heerlijk ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin met zwembad is fantastisch! Met de auto kom je op de mooie plekjes van Cyprus maar een simpel ontbijtje op het strand van Agios Georgios is ook een aanrader! Het hotelpersoneel heeft op mijn verzoek de zelf meegebrachte slingers opgehangen in het huisje van vrienden die die dag zijn getrouwd, wat een service!
