Best Boutique Resort Hotel

Always a reliably good stay at the Anassa. The staff are incredibly helpful with exceptional accolades to the hard working beach staff! One of the best beaches in Cyprus!

Nice hotel with nice views and great kids club

Pros: Loved the views from the bar and main pool, as well as the kids club.
Cons: Listed in the experience comments.
Location: Latchi port is nearby (6 minutes driving).
We had a good time here, they have a great kids club which our son (3 years old) enjoyed. However, there are some things that could be improved here and there considering the high room rates charged: the staff who were from Cyprus are not always the nicest, don;t smile much, the staff from other countries were much nicer and happier to help/serve you; the AC in the room has no automatic option so it's either on all the time - with 3 level options - or it's off; they don't offer you any daily complimentary small fruit basket or anything like that, you get a fruit basket on arrival but no small "attention" along the way, they don't even have the usual tea and coffee making facilities you usually get in luxury resorts inside the room - anything you wish for, it's paid room service or purchase at the restaurant, even if it's only a cup of tea or coffee.

In regards to the tea & coffee facilities in the room, we provide it complimentary upon request, I am sorry that you were not informed. The fruit amenities are refreshed every three days and a complimentary bottle of water is replaced on daily basis. We also offer twice a day complimentary treats and cold towels by the pool and the beach areas. Absolutely fantastic!

Pros: Friendly staff, excellent service, amazing views, top notch SPA and spectacular food.
Cons: If you do not have children, I would avoid going during school break (Easter etc) as there can be quite a lot of children in the hotel.
We were simply blown away with this hotel. The staff were super friendly and the quality of the service was above 5 stars. The food was a bit expensive but worth any penny as it was to die for. The hotel is very large and spread out and there was always enough sun beds of us to stay wherever we wanted, be on the beach, pool, garden or any wear. The SPA is also fantastic.

Superb and beyond! Service, food, athmospere, staff, beach sport.. a pure paradise! We will be back soon! Even the hotel boutique was impressive by the brand and pieces selection. Basiliko Rest was phenomenal. I love this place!

Excellent place to relax and with lovely views

Pros: The location and views
Cons: Beach doesn't mirror the standards of the hotel, just average
Location: Not much to do outside the hotel grounds without a car. But venturing out with a car was ok as roads not busy.
Hotel experience was way better than expected. Staff couldn't do enough for you and were very friendly. Had a very chilled and relaxed stay.

The price per night was very high but the hotel's compliments were very poor. In addition we paid for bed and breakfast but needed to leave before breakfast started on a the last day because of an early flight. The hotel offered a poor breakfast.. we expected more than that. The prices in the hotel restaurants are very high.

You will come again

This is our fifth time in the last ten years and we will come again. This time we come with our children and our five month grandson, nine people . The hotel staff and the service is exceptional . The help with the needs of the baby was unbelievable good.

Cons: More reasonable & transparent pricing
Location: Latchi Port, Blue Lagoon, Snorkeling, water sports
Very nice, but the price for food is almost triple the cost of the prices in the nearby port. Adding an extra bed cost 1029 Euros for 3 nights. All restaurants require reservations. When checking out, I was charged more than 90 Euros for 'Municipally charges' I asked for an explanation, and was told that it is a duty imposed on them. For the prices I paid for two rooms, the hotel should have absorbed these charges or let me know upfront what these charges are.
