We arrived at the main lobby. We were told we had to take a shuttle to the vip check in. We did and checked in, then we were told we had to take the shuttle back up to main lobby to make our covid tests appt. We spent the first 1.5 hrs running back and forth. We were not given our resort credits and we were approached by an employee who said we needed to come back to the main lobby to collect them, at which time they tried to sell something similiar to a timeshare. The food is decent. The italian and japanese restaurant is good. The employees at the restaurant were very courteous and friendly. The breakfast vip restaurant staff were not as accommodating, waiting for the ahutttle took longer than expected and arrived no more than 5 minutes aftee breakfast was over, they refused to seat us. The drinks are very weak. Ask for an extra shot to be put in your drink. Evening entertainment ends around 10:30 and the bar, I felt that was early. The beach is beautiful and I was happy to have access to jet skis. The rooms are clean for the most part, except the dead bug that was left on the bathroom counter after they came to clean room. The bathroom doors (to the toilet) are glass and just butt up against each other, so it doesnt seal into a lock or handle. That left little privacy for the person using the restroom. Last was the customer service given by the frint desk when calling to let them know the refrigerator was not refilled. I requested a diet coke and They refused.
