This hotel is the best thing that a traveler from an English speaking country could hope for. Great location and the nicest and most helpful staff. I would not stay anywhere else.

Hotel is kind old with mold in the bathroom :( air conditioning didn’t work good , for the price should be a better hotel.definitely not a 4 stars hotel!

Save your money & stay at an equivalent three star
For a four star hotel, it didn't offer any style or amenities. The doorman asked us hastily if we had a reservation there when we pulled up in our dirty off-road truck. No one at the front desk spoke English, which is fine for us since we speak enough Portuguese but would be really difficult for anyone traveling from the Pantanal. They offer 24-hour room service, but no menu in the room, just an old binder with stained pages. Only one thin blanket on the bed, we had to go down and ask for another. No lotion included in their toiletries (which is basic for any two star hotel), no coffee maker in the room. And doors close quite loudly, which unfortunately started at 3:45 AM. Not much better than the hotel airport. Restaurant wasn't what you would expect either, they walked over with a paper menu for faster service. Being vegetarians, we ordered from the regular menu, my risotto was overly salty, my husband's pasta, which wasn't supposed to have mushrooms since he has a mild allergy, indeed had a few they must have missed when picking them out. Breakfast was nice.

Nice plac, especially for the price. Any staff who didn’t speak English immediately found someone to help when needed. The breakfast included with the room rate was very nice

Excellent location and quite nice
I highly recommend the Deville Prime for it being centrally located and close to everything, especially the downtown nightlife. The area could be unsafe but during the day it was fine. There is also a 24-hour Subway nearby which is good for food. The room was spacious and the wifi worked great. The shower was good too. My only complaints are that the bedding and towels were slightly dirty, and the bed lacked a comforter, which isn't really needed since Cuiaba is super hot.

One of the better hotels in Cuiabá
Excellent location; great service; clean, spacious rooms; fast, free wifi; large, upscale restaurant with varied menu; excellent breakfast. Deville has everything you need. If I were to mention any negative aspects, I'd say it's slightly pricey, and the gym could do with a bit more of equipment.

Helpful Staff. Nice place to stay!
Nice hotel. Very friendly service. English is limited to the front desk people. Room is nice and includes shampoo/condition/soap. Restaurant is spectacular, though slow service. We ordered Hearts of Palm soup, a salad, and fish. Very fresh. Breakfast buffet is large with many selections. Cuiaba isn't a terribly exciting place, but I understand this hotel has a good location. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating, Marcio greeted us as soon as we got out of the car, he is a welcoming person and same traits have trickled down to all the employees of this hotel. The employess are always checking on the guests to make sure everything is ok, I would stay there again without any hesitation. FIVE stars all the way.

Stayed here with my kids for 4 days. It is a great hotel with an excellent staff. Really polite, educated, and helpful people work there. The location is unbeatable. You can get anywhere in Cuiabá from here in less than 30 min. Uber is always quick to get there.

Great hotel in a nice area of Cuiaba
Check in was efficient and the staff were professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the bed large with a firm mattress. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Nice selection of food at breakfast.

Very nice
I had two nights stay here before a trip into the Pantanal. I had stayed here before, and liked the facilities, and the location. The room is very comfortable. My favorite part of my stay here is the big breakfast they offer. They have so many things to choose from, all the main dishes I would expect and a lot of extra things too. I like to walk around a few blocks from the hotel, and Subway is just a few doors down, for a quick sandwich. This is a very nice location, and I feel safe walking around on my own.

Lovely post-Pantanal stay
My husband and I stayed here after we spent a week in the Pantanal watching wildlife. It was very nice. The hotel staff were excellent, the food was great and rooms very comfortable. It was a great base-camp to explore Cuiaba and Chapada dos Guimaraes from. Centrally located, easy to get to.

Good for Pantanal trip
Nice hotel. Very comfortable room. Good bar and restaurant. Stayed here to and from the Pantanal. Airport less than 30 minutes away.

Clean, Modern and Comfortable Hotel
I enjoyed staying at the Hotel Deville both before and after a trip into the Pantanal in Southern Brazil. The facilities are top notch and modern, room was well appointed and clean and the buffett breakfast was outstanding. They have a well-equipped work out room and a very nice swimming pool. They have a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

OK but poor AC.
Room was basic but clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that it was very hot in my room when I first went in. The AC was off and it took half the night to cool down.

Lucky we got the rooms
There were no room available when we arrived. Because there were no booking. Then maneger tried to find booking then said we received just this morning. The rooms are not ready at this time. So we had to wait 4 hours to get our rooms. Of course this is not only hotels responsibility but hotels.com systems may have the problems.
