The staff at the counter was super friendly. However the tv at the room was not working and it took for ever for a staff to pick up the phone to request to fix the tv.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It was pretty new almost 4 years ago. It is now showing ware. The biggest issue was the elevator. Seems like it needs a little bit more repair. And what what floods look for the phone? Oh some of the electrical sockets in our room. A couple of them did ...

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The property is very dated. The beds are hard. There is a small kitchenette but no pots/pans/cooking Utensils. Also the pool was closed with no notification on their website which was a disappointment.
