i like hotel staff and thee warmth of the persons who work at hotel. the hotel was clean but the carpet had my sinus and my wife sinus acting up.

Didn’t like that there was construction going on in car park and that they charged me for my service dog $75 as a cleaning fee (even though Marriott states that they do not charge for service dogs.

Great place! Gave us very early check in which was much needed and appreciated! Very clean. Mall attached with everything you could need. Starbucks right there. Restaurant had great food and drinks! Laundry room was cheap and easy. Excellent stay 😊

This is my second stay at this Hotel. My first stay was in November 2017. This is my favorite Hotel In Panama. It is an exceptional hotel with an excellent location. Next to Mall of Albrook, major transportation, and The Panama Canal my 11 years. old son studies at school in Atlanta, Georgia (U.S.) This Hotel is a hiding Jewel. The staff at this Hotel are total professionals, from guest services to the workers at the door entrances. My room #540 was Magnificent. Total Luxury. Extremely clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and, again, a real Luxury. The breakfast was fantastic at this Hotel. Also FREE Wifi at this Hotel. I Super Highly recommend this Hotel.
