The property is very nice, and the property was picturesque, overlooking the river. They set out fruit daily for the birds, so we got to see some very colorful ones. The staff was very nice and were as helpful to us as much as they were able. They had a pool, a hot tub, and a gym, but we didn't use them. We didn't realize that the Inn was quite a ways from the majority of restaurants and businesses (more than 30 minute walk), has no options for food aside from breakfast, and that it was up a hill. If we had rented a car or found it easier to obtain cabs we could have overlooked these issues. However, being in a residential neighborhood, there were a number of roosters crowing throughout the day which woke me up daily as early as 3:45 am. We were on the street side, which unfortunately faced a bus stop and occasionally noisy traffic. All in all was a good stay and I would stay again with a car if not for the roosters.

Solamente queremos dejar claro para futuros clientes lo siguiente:Al momento de usted reservar, le explicamos que la Suite Familiar contaba con unas escaleras en forma de espiral, y que para personas MAYORES seria un poco difícil poder acceder a la misma, sin embargo usted ACEPTO y dijo que no debería haber ningún problema en cuanto a las escaleras, cosa cual si lo hubo el día de su llegada. El hotel estaba Full ocupación toda la semana y no es responsabilidad de nosotros que la habitación no fuera de su agrado sabiendo con mucho tiempo de anticipation las características de la misma, tal como nosotros le explicamos, somos muy profesionales y toda la información brindada fue verídica. Usted pudo haber cancelado su reserva antes de su llegada, sabiendo que la habitación contaba con escaleras sin embargo usted respondió que eso no seria problemas. Gracias por su comentario, y que pase un Feliz Año Nuevo.

The Inn at Palo Alto is a perfect complement to a stay in Boquete. Ownership and staff are attentive and friendly, whether you're a new guest or a returning friend. There are a variety of rooms to choose from, each offering a convenient breakfast and amenities. The pool/jacuzzi and fire pit are nice additions in recent years. The location near the top of the Boquete Valley is quiet with a nice view, soothing river and lots of busy hummingbirds.

Loved the garden and pool. Breakfast was excellent. Room a little dated. Could use a couple of comfortable chairs. The pull out bed is old and uncomfortable. Overall, lovely and peaceful.

Relaxing nature
Amazing hotel in Boquete. It is located a bit outside the center of Boquete but you can actually walk around 30-40mins to get there. The pool and the jacuzzi were just perfect to relax at the end of the day.

Loved the infinity pool and hot tub and tropical feel if the resort. Best hotel I visited in Panama. Breakfast was great with mimosas. Did not like mattress wuality o the smaller beds. Sore back in the morning. Queen bed was fine. Did not like temperature of infinity pool could not go on needs heater.

Overall not a good stay
Overall pretty poor service and standards. We checked out early as we were not happy and any reduction refused. They refused a pensionado discount, jacuzzi was cold even after 30 minutes prior notice, breakfast standards and service pretty poor.

Great. A little disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t open earlier than 7:30 and restricted (COVID) to one room per hour. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8:00am. Property is beautiful and room very comfortable.

This is an amazing option to stay in Boquete; Staff were super kind and helpful, rooms are ok, the jacuzzi with the view worths the stay. The included breakfast was pretty good. They do not offer lunch or other meal which is ok considering you will like to be exploring around. My only bad comment is the security in the terrace and open areas with slippery floor, I fall down very bad walking out from the open restaurant area they have, it was raining and they do not have the correct floor for an outdoor area it is super slippery and dangerous. Thanks God after going to the doctor Im still in pain but with no major consequences. They do need to pay attention to this and if you do go please be aware of this.

Great little boutique hotel. We loved our stay, ask for room 10! it is the one right beside the pool where you can sit on your terrace and watch the kids play while drinking a drink!

The hotel is exactly what shows in the picture! I will just say that the stairs in the suit we’re pretty tiny and little dangerous for old people and kids under 6 years old. Great staff! Good food and variety of drinks! Nice place and will recommended again

We spent three nights and loved it all! Felt like we were staying in a botanical garden- the landscaping was beautiful! The included breakfast was amazing- fresh fruit, great selection and even offered Bloody Mary and mimosa makings! The room comfortable and clean. Location was an easy ride to town and walk to some local very good restaurants such as The Rock.

Hotel encantador con hermosos jardines que te hacen sentir relajado desde que llegas. Tuvimos suite familiar super comoda para mi familia de 5. Tiene hab privada y altillo que acomoda 4 camas twin; sala, comedor, cocinita y terraza. Wifi y desayuno incluido. El desayuno muy bueno y hecho en el momento con mucho cariño. Muy amables. Es excelente y regresaria. Contras: falta buen espejo de cuerpo entero en habitacion; y no hay area techada para llegar a hotel sin mojarse; ademas de no estar tan cerca al centro pero nada muy grave.

The outside garden was absolutely gorgeous with view to river and beautiful flowers. Inside amenities not so great. No iron, Barely any gym equipment,very tiny mirror, and I don’t remember seeing a blow dryer. Otherwise great if you don’t need this things.

Lovely little boutique hotel vibe. The owners and staff were really friendly and helpful with anything needed during our stay, as well as for tips regarding local activities. The bed and linens were fine - nothing fancy, but comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding! Hot and cold options, with friendly, warm staff. The location is a little bit out of town. Taxi service is cheap and reliable, but we were happy to have a rental car to get around. Gorgeous views of the mountains and river, especially from the pool & hot tub. Bring earplugs if you're at all sensitive to roosters - I think it's had to get away from that noise anywhere in Boquete. :-) Would absolutely recommend this place to all of my friends!

Gorgeous place! Excellent breakfast, very nice and clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Th only one negative thing for me would be the excessive, in my opinion, use of plastic (plastic toiletries, glasses) with no recycling bins.
